LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Worst customer service experience ever and I was in the store for 1 minute. I walked in and asked for assistance in finding something specific and the rude lady at the front responded room 5.. I said okay and started to walk back and she says and 2 and 3 and 4 with an attitude. They are rude and overpriced and I do not recommend. Big Lots up the street has great furniture and lovely staff!

We spent quite a bit of time at the store checking out mattresses. While there we also saw a three piece living room set that we wanted. This shop does not offer delivery, so the owner agreed to hold the furniture so that we could make arrangements. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and the owner said we could let him know on Wednesday. We tried calling on Tuesday to let him know about arrangements. However, no one answered and there was not an option to leave a message. I called the shop at 10 am which is when they open. At that time the owner informed me that he had sold the chair from the living room set. When I reminded him that he had agreed to hold it he insisted he had. When I said I had called when the store opened, he said he “had already been there awhile” and that someone had come that morning and paid full price for the chair. It also should be said that while talking to us about mattresses that the owner told us that he could not warranty mattresses due to COVID. We had gone to several other mattress stores none of which were voiding warranties for COVID. While we considered buying mattresses from the owner we felt he honored his commitment to us and decided to buy elsewhere.

Bought a new bedset for a little over $500 and sadly had to return it because it couldnt fit upatairs in my apartment. The lady was rude about it was a 20% fee to get my money back. I git a little over 300 back.

Stopped in today to look for something and was greeted rudely by the woman who was working. She asked me what help I needed and I told her I was looking for something like a pantry with doors. She said 'no' and abruptly walked away from me. As I was leaving, I realized it was close to closing time and she must have wanted to go home. While I understand her wanting to leave on time, her rude customer service was unnecessary. I will spend my money elsewhere.

I purchased 2 Euro-pillow top mattresses from the clearance center. I spent $600 and was told they would be the same as what they had in the back room, soft, thick, pillow tops. The mattresses I brought home from their trailer were not the same Euro pillow tops in the show room but hard 4 inch hot foam top. They did not stand behind them and stated you bought from the back room and get what you get! They are not all the same! I went back within less then 24 hours and they said there were no Returns, even though the receipt did not state that all sales were final! I spent $600 for hard foam, fake, hot, pillow top mattresses that were nothing like the mattresses I purchased! They are CROOKS! I would not do business with them AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Purchased a lovely China Cabinet and Buffet. Great quality furniture that will last lifetimes. Only wished they had more selections. Other than that, great quality and helpful staff.

The variety and quality of furniture is amazing. The rooms just go on and on. Just when you think you've seen it all, there is another room stacked with furniture. Highly recommend mattress purchases. They are the best price and quality.

A great place to purchase quality furniture and bedding at discount pricing. They have a large selection of household furnishings to suit most needs including mirrors, dressers, bed frames, mattresses, couches, tables, etc. I would recommend.
