This place and their employees made it kind of like a family atmosphere.My wife and I had appts 20 minutes apart but they go us in, helped us out with all our questions and offered us advice.We will definately be back and recommend them.

I took my 14 year old daughter for glasses a several weeks ago. She picked out a plain black frame. When I picked the glasses up a couple weeks later I realized they were not the ones we ordered and paid for; instead, the frames were cheetah print. The person working there at the time said they could simply change out the frame with the demo frame she wanted. I declined being that I paid for new glasses and frames not frames that were scratched up and used as demos. I asked if they could order them again this time in the right frame and if my daughter could use the cheetah ones, so she had something to wear. Her eye prescription is strong. They said it would be fine. Today I went back to the store to pick up her corrected glasses. I did not have my daughter with me because I work in the area and she goes to school a half hour away. They refused to give me her new glasses and said I would need to bring in the cheetah pair before getting the ones I paid for. The woman, Lisa, at the front desk was impolite and unprofessional. She could have given me the new glasses and asked that I return the cheetah ones as soon as I could. They have my contact info and I have been a customer for several years. Returning the cheetah ones at my convenience would not have been a problem. It was their mistake in the first place. My daughter had to wear cheetah glasses for weeks; I would have appreciated a little professionalism here rather than the rudeness I got from Lisa. I called customer service and a representative took my info and said a manager would be reaching out to me. I have not heard anything back yet. I do not plan to go back in the future and do not recommend them.

The service at vision works was incredible. Very clean. The eye exam was easy and they made sure everything was great with my vision. I was in good hands and well taken care of. I always will recommend vision works. The staff are great there very friendly and polite and helpful.

Absolutely HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place!!!!! Gross incompetence working at this place!!!! We sat waiting today 10/10/23- 1.5 hours while one Optician sat there “talking talking, repeating himself over / over! The other sat there and allowed this lady to play with her hair, try on glasses, pair after pair- it was nauseating while other including myself sat there waiting! Then a guy came out who was with her sat right in the chair and was immediately waited on- while us others sat there waiting away! Other staff just standing around doing nothing!!!! I’ve learned my lesson about this place STAY AWAY!!!! The one girl was talking people out of staying and telling them they were short staffed and long waits would happen!!! We both were quite annoyed , and after waiting two hours to be told they can’t help you!!! It’s rather appalling! SO GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Stay clear of this place!!!! Including the “two minute” doctor who screwed my prescription up the first time!!!

Staff was helpful and doctor was amazing. When it came to get new lenses, and I didn’t want to buy new frames, my only option was to forfeit my glasses for 2 weeks to be sent out?!?! Nope. My former optometrist would order my lenses and fit them into my existing frames when the lenses came in. I got a print out of my prescription and I’ll get new lenses elsewhere, where going blind for 2 weeks isn’t an option.

I had a problem with my frames ever since I got them. I returned with them for a third time. The employee realized the problem & fixed it. I didn’t have to wait long even though I didn’t have an appointment.

Phenomenal. The best you can go to to have your vision examined. It took me a couple of minutes to make my appointment online. I picked the day and time that worked great for me. Doctor Z and the personnel were outstanding and I had the best care. Highly recommended. Thank you Empire Vision!

I just had an eye exaim in June. I lost my glasses. I need to order another pair. I live 4o miles away from the Visionworks store. I have the all the info needed for the new glasses on the bill. But I can't order them. I have to travel to the store for an appointment to order a new pair then travel back to pick them up. Probably wont go back.Tom Caprilla

My only complaint is that it is EXTREMELY difficult to get through to someone over the phone. Amelia picks up and it’s hard to speak with someone at the store.

I am visiting from out of town, and I unfortunately broke the connection between the frame and my glasses, and it needed to be repaired. They said I would have to wait, which was no problem because I needed them fixed. The Wonderful staff fixed them no problem in less than 20 minutes! Thanks again!
