I went there to get inspected and I was told that my 2022 car failed because of brakes, tires and wipers. Took my car to get tires, goodyear, and holy cow... my car past inspection! I told dunn I was not getting tires from them so they tried to make me purchase brakes. Will NEVER GO BACK!

Friendly staff. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, in choosing the right tires for my car. They explained about the importance of alignment (which made sense) after buying new tires. Was under a time limit due to an appointment, and they got the job done in time, with time to spare.

Polite courteous prompt reasonable prices. Clean organized facility staff is awesome. Very good had 4 tires and alignment done. Impressive did not cost arm and leg to have done. Got my business!

I took my new tires to have them installed on rims to a local garage, when I drove home I noticed they were not balanced. I took them back to the same garage so they could try again and they were unsuccessful again. I then took them to a chain discount garage and they could not get them to balance either. On a last chance effort, I then took them to Dunn tire in Auburn NY, and they successfully balanced all 4 tires. Always had good service at Dunn tire in Auburn, I just wish they were a little closer to where I live.
