“The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.

I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.”

Also the ladies that work here are always super friendly and knowlegable about any questions you may have. I feel this is one of the best credit unions around, and are great if you like to avoid all the hidden scams of big banks taking your money.”
