We had a great experience here. Our dog needed knee surgery and they were quick to respond and get us in to see them. They then had great customer service when he had to stay overnight and I was nervous and they told me I could call anytime. When I did call they were very sweet and would give me updates. Then we had really good experience post-op as well with the pet care therapy. I felt they really do care about the animals in their care!

The vet was so sweet and gentle with my sick little cat. You can tell these people really care about animals. It was well worth the visit.

Dr. Gill and his staff at Brookside were very helpful with our dog when she was in a compromised situation. They were caring, efficient, and very responsive to her needs.

I am living in the area temporarily and needed to have both my cats vaccines updated. They made the process of sending my cats previous records over very seamless and easy. When it came time for the appointment, I couldn’t believe how quickly we were taken care of! The office is also very clean and comfortable. I can’t say enough nice things about this clinic and their wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

The staff is wonderful. The veterinarian, we love him and are so happy that he was welcomed to the team!!! We went to the clinic where he came from before they closed and he was there when I had to put my beloved baby down. He was amazing during that difficult time and so wonderful during other visits as well. We have seen him for years and I was sad not to know where he went. So you’d have to understand the happiness I felt when I was told he was there. We love our animals and need the best for them. There is an amazing team there and I look forward to our new relationship with them!!
