I went in this past sunday after going to sportsmanswarehouse which is 30 miles closer the staff there was dismissive and rude so we drove to bass pro in alburn ny toatal differance staf friendly and helpfull grat store i will drive the extra from now on

"I brought my boat to the shop on May 23rd, 2024, and it was still having engine issues. On July 9th, 2024, I picked it up, but the problem was not fixed. The team told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and that they couldn't fix it. What's even more concerning is that the team working on my boat seems to be inexperienced. I'm worried that they might not have the necessary expertise to properly diagnose and fix the problems for anyone.
