It’s very sad that after all of these years that the YMCA has always been about money, Not for the children or the community to better them as a whole. The open gym is an extremely alarming situation being that children who aren’t responsible enough to take care of themselves are being dropped off alone and there is no supervision required from parents or from YMCA staff. It’s becoming an increasingly more popular event, open gym, so why isn’t our membership money going for staff to supervise to make sure that everyone is behaving and no one gets hurt? There is just a building supervisor who sits around talking. Who is actually responsible for the kids in the gyms dropping racist language, swearing and acting up? Suppose there is a fight or the bigger kids get too rough?

The Y is a great place for all ages and has a lot to offer such as child care, swim classes, gyms, fitness classes, etc… it’s a very welcoming environment overall. However, the management in certain areas could use improvement, especially for employers.

Everyone is really friendly and nice. Total experience whether working out or just for the human interaction. Very clean, family friendly and something for everyone with many specialty classes offered at various days and times. The staff is exceptional.

My family and I love this Y. I have been coming here for over 15 years, the staff are so lovely and helpful. My son is 7 and I enroll him in a lot of the programs they have for kids. We are beyond thankful for the after school care, schools out days and summer child care. I know my son is safe and having a good time while we are at work, and that is huge.

I can't say enough about the ymca they have outstanding cancer programs and numerous group exercise classes for all fitness levels plus individual exercise equipment I'm so happy I found them I enjoy the friendships I have made their

I attend Mike's Tai Chi class every Friday @ the YMCA. From: 8:30 - 9:15 am. I love his class everyone is so helpful and patient with me ??????.

Great place to safely workout in town, even as a disabled person I have no troubles here. I also use the pool for aqua therapy through COAST. Always clean, zero issues.
