Totally unpleasant. Let's pick which one is our favorite event with this company from the list of nonsense. One time the driver backed the truck into my husband's car in our DRIVEWAY and broke the taillight. He gave us the tank of fuel to not report him. Another instance we ran out of fuel because the gage was broken and we didn't know it stuck at 1/3. I have 4 kids and explained it all in hopes to get them to come quickly. They said I would be 2 days out. We waited, they didn't come so when I called the next day the receptionist said she would try to get him to deliver that day but she doubted it would happen. When he did deliver he left a nasty note saying $75 emergency charge for "wasting my time having to go out of my way" when I called to say I had no problem with that being a charge but they didnt need to add the comment behind it, all they had to do was tell me. She said they were busy and my business wasn't worth anything so I could take it elsewhere. Totally unprofessional in every way.

Very bad communication. Hung up mid conversation. Unprofessional.The only company on earth that doesnt notify you of a credit. I had no idea i had a $500 credit and im over here filling 5 gal tanks to keep my pipes from freezing . every other company on the planet send a balance or something (email,snail mail, a reciept) to let you know your balance.On top of that that credit of 500 thats been there for 11 months would have given me more then 150 gallons if i knew back 11 months ago. Now its not even 100 gallons.Im so frustrated with this company.Oh yeah and its only .8 miles from my house but they cant even tell me when they are coming. "When they are in your area" was her response when i said im completly out of fuel . and im over here using my stove to warm up the house ????♂️.I would not recommend using this company unless you are in a pinch . and nobody else can deliver to you .

Worst customer service; receptionist hung up on me mid-conversation.We will never use this company again and I will not recommend anyone to use it.

Worst place ever driver refused to deliver oil to my house said cars and snow was in his way without even knowing where my fill spout is being we have never used them then takes a picture for the office from up the street that does not even show where my fill spout is now i have to wait for a refund before i can even call another company because they took my money before even coming so now i sit with no oil with kids in the house i recommend finding someone else before trying Gordon oil

This company /vendor will withhold HEAP allotments /delivery to a customer if that customer has a past due bill. HEAP benefits should not be allotted to vendors that implement this business practice. That is federal/state money and if the company doesn't want to deliver to customers with a prior balance, then it should send the check back IMMEDIATELY. Frankly, it smacks of strongarm tactics not conducive to good business practices and to highjack funds like this most probably would not be looked upon favorably by the county or NY state that regulates these vendors.
