We just moved out here and switched to this pharmacy and it's always an ordeal when we come. Forget to order our son's medicine. Don't have it. Can't get it. Forgot to fill it. Always something!

Constant problems with this location. How come the other Rite Aid's always have inventory in stock and call your doctor as they said they would to order your prescriptions? Told they would have my script in stock for a month or so ? really OMG. The for the last few months, told me that they called my doctor for a refill, then I call my doctor, and they say that they never contacted them for a refill. I know my doctor is not lying. So each month, the refill date goes up about another week to mess up my insurance. This happens constantly ! I'm permanently changing to the Batavia, NY location so all of my future transactions will be smooth.Also, when you call, it's like no one is working. Tried calling several times, & don't know if they phones are down or what. Then when you finally get through, the front cashier answers, transfers you to the pharmacy, ,and still nobody answers the phone. Very frustrating to say the least. Also,sometimes you get a text that your script is ready, sometimes you don't. Then if you are lucky enought to get a text that your script is ready, when you go to pick it up, it never is ready. what is going on at this Rite Aid? I"m glad I don't need heart medications or something really important. I hope they don't kill somebody, seriously !

Bright and spacious store with good selection of merchandise. Friendly staff. Parking is good for the store size and location. Have shopped here in past and will continue in future.

Very organized and clean, friendly service, helpful staff who seem to really care about their customers experience each time! :) I have a Rite aid in my town but it does not have a clean organized store. Constantly very clustered when I go in to shop. Attica is amazing.
