I have never been to the Farm BUT i have received their products as a gift. their Maple Syrup is wonderful and i use their Maple Sugar for baking. Excellent products, i am going to call to have some more shipped to me.

Fun hobby farm with very friendly people. We had a delicious pancake breakfast and lots of maple goodies. Tour of the sugar shack was very informative and kids loved the tractor ride back into the woods. Would recommend for a family outing that is unique and won't take up more than a few hours. Nice drive out there too!

If you want to support a great local business, this is your place. We stopped by this neat little farm as part of maple weekend. They did a great job of feeding and educating visitors for this event. Upon pulling up to the farm we found a garage selling an assortment of delicious treats. There was a table with all the maple syrup including maple candies, cotton candy, ice cream and all sorts of other sweet treats. Then there was another table selling pancakes with their maple syrup which was really good, but even better was the maple chili. I can't even describe how delicious this was, the heartiness of a good chili mixed with a delicious sweet maple syrup flavor, the combination was fantastic! After we finished eating we took a tractor ride out to the house where they work their magic and make their syrup. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the whole maple making process. It was neat to see all the details first hand and get a look at the many steps involved. Best place for maple syrup, IMHO! The owner makes his syrup over a wood fire, but also manages to do it with a state of the art system & modern technology to produce a wonderful tasting product. You can get syrup, cream, candy, maple sugar, & maple coated nuts! When they have maple weekend, maple cotton candy, maple ice cream, & pancakes with the fixings are available, along with wagon rides out to the sugar bush & house so that you can experience the operation for yourself. My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage breakfast & tasting the different syrup colors/flavors. The syrup we purchased was very reasonably priced. Then we took a nice wagon ride into the woods to see the sap collecting setup and boiling facility. Mr. Hofheins did a nice job explaining the process. We will visit again, and you should too!
