Hans Moeller's entire team went ABOVE and BEYOND for my Mom and Dad's anniversary! My mom has wanted a very specific, custom, cushion cut diamond ring for years now- for my parent's 20th anniversary on Monday (April 8th) she finally got her upgrade thanks to Hans Moellers! They had about a week's notice to make a miracle happen (My dad is a serial procrastinator ?), with one of their staff even coming in sick to finish the ring in time- the quality is INCREDIBLE and they have the absolute best customer service. She went to get it sized and it was done within a day- they even refinished her original wedding band! My mom is overjoyed with her rings and her entire experience- They've gained a customer for life!! No box store could ever compare to our experience at Hans Moeller!!

Awesome service. Wife's engagement and wedding rings had to be cut off. Took the pieces to Bill and he worked his magic. Rings are now one piece and resized-marvelous job. The only jeweler we go to. Thanks again Bill!

It's still the same tiny jewelery shop it was when I went there with my Grandma when I was little. I went in mostly with questions and even though they could tell I wasn't likely to buy anything right there and then they cheerfully answered all my questions and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Way better than some big place in the city.

You couldn't ask for a better experience. We come all the way from North Tonawanda (~1hr), and have shopped exclusively here for ~5 years. Bill and his staff are wonderful, are willing to work around your needs, and go above and beyond to delivery a phenomenal experience to whomever you're gifting.Highly recommend - and you get to feel good about supporting "the little guy" rather than those big box jerks.
