Just moved to Attica NY and used the local auto parts store, Carquest. Jake quoted me some good prices over the phone but after I picked them up the total seemed high, they were I was overcharged $30-ish. Jake said on the phone he'll credit my card no problem. After I had my truck torn apart I found out I was sold the wrong transmission filter (gave Jake vin and usual truck info), waited an hour-ish for the part to be delivered. After, I returned to the store and returned the wrong filter and gasket (gasket comes with right filter). Now, I receive my CC statement and the overcharge credit is wrong. I return to the store regarding the lack of credit and Jake said they did make a mistake but will "not honor their quote". At least I bought Motorcraft parts, I wont have to return to Carquest Auto Parts in Attica NY 59 market st 14011
