Really pleasant place to do business. Helpful if you need it, leave you alone if you don't. I like to acquaint myself with a store I haven't been in. Cashiers are pleasant and friendly. This is a very busy store and the pleasant nature probably contributes to that, I know that feeling like my business is appreciated matters to me.

This is a great store with super friendly and knowledgeable staff! I was bummed that their UPS is only ground ship and not air, which was what I needed at the time. However, the employee who took my call was very professional and did explain this to me.

For a small town hardware store, they have just about anything you could get from a big box store. Working for a farm, I occasionally need some odd fittings or tools, I go look, and they have it! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can probably get it in short order! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful when your not sure what you need. And don't forget, they also rent power equipment!

This Ace store along with all the other Ace in Buffalo area has the friendliest and most helpful personnel out of all the home improvement stores. Reminds me of the old neighborhood hardware stores
