I want to express my great gratitude to the lady clerk who helped us prepare passport documents yesterday! Thank you very much for your patience and cooperation. She took some extra time to explain us the steps, we went through third party “rush passport”. Clerk explained us step by step what we should do and how to do it. We wouldn’t be able to complete it without her ! She deserves a raise for sure , people like her is a very rare thing nowadays, that makes you still believe in humanity !!!! She knows her job and loves what she does. Thank you soooo very much once again !

People who work in this office - love and do their job 100%. We drove here for 40 minutes, we were late, but we were accepted and helped with the registration of passport data ..

Wrinkled white lady with blonde hair and blue eyes is very rude and hostile. She knows absolutely nothing about her job. Had a very bad experience in there because she refused to listen to what I was telling her about my sisters passport documents. She needs to be careful with how she talks to customers because some people won’t be as nice and respectful as I wasIf you’re Black I suggest you stay away from this area unless you really need to go there. White customers seemed suprised by my presence and they were acting like I was making them uncomfortable when it was quite the opposite.The wrinkled white lady only apologized after all the customers she was putting on a show for left. Someone needs to train her because she likes to argue about things she doesn’t even know about.

Staff here is EXCELLENT!! The other day I was running so late for an appointment, when I walked in there was no line at all and Dawn helped me right away. She was SO FAST at processing a money order for me and answered all my questions. I was out of there in no time, she was very understanding, patient, kind and helpful!!!! This is the best USPS around!! Thank you again Dawn :)

I'm always impressed with the level of service I receive. Donya, Candice and Dawn are warm, friendly, helpful and efficient. This post office is a pleasure to deal with....and that's saying something!

All around bad service from the Atlantic Beach postal delivery service. I address the issues three time with supervisors with no resolution. It seems its okay with them for their delivery man to damage my mail and leave my packages into the street. Very disappointed, because there are a few good people thatbworkin the office. I will be closing my mail box and no longer do business there, with the exception of my damage good that they drop off daily. Thank you. Briget
