“Loved interacting with both the branch manager and the staff! The branch manager was kind and helpful, and she gave me all the insights I needed into the new bank account I opened up with them.And the Staff were pleasant to interact with as well! They are kind, always smiling towards you, and always ready to help, when they can!The only caveat I noticed is that, at times, it seems like they're understaffed.Earlier today for example, though I mostly interacted with the branch manager, I did notice large lines well in excess of 5+ people waiting multiple times during my conversation with the manager.I was there probably for about an hour to an hour and a half, give or take a few minutes.I think there was only one person working the front and two other people working the window and that was it.I didn't have to do anything in the front this time, but I'm sure it was a long wait for those who did.So if you're going to visit this branch, I suggest you try and do it earlier on in the day to the early afternoon.It was the late afternoon maybe about 2 PM by when I went in and the lines started forming. But other than that, I didn't see any other issues.Everyone's friendly, the branch manager is awesome and very helpful, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my banking experience here.If I lived in the area, I'd definitely visit this branch more, for sure! I'm very happy I switched to this bank over my old one, for sure!”
“Sorry y'all. I love Christine, but today has been nothing but an absolute horror and ended up in humiliation caused by your upgrade. Now, on Monday, I'm taking my money out and going somewhere else. Horrible**** Went to BOGC. Sat with Christine who is always helpful. She listened to me. Heard my displeasure and immediately called in for help. Problem solved. Yes, I understand upgrades are essential for businesses. “I like TD Bank in general but this branch goes above and beyond. I got into the drive through at about 4:57 and really needed a check cashed (not from TD), Im from out of state, and desperately needed the money to get home. I didn't catch the tellers name but she really helped me out and stuck around a little bit after 5 to help me out. I just figured this branch needed a shout out and if the teller reads this. . . Thanks Again!”
“Let's just put it like this. I have been an Albany/Greene resident all of my life until recently when I moved out of state. I still have my checking account with them, and lately have run through a very tight spot. Thanks to their overdraft privileges (I hate using them, but when push comes to shove...) I have been able to make my bills and ends meet without suffering late charges and hits to my credit score. The customer service is very friendly and are a pleasure to do business with and have even helped me forgive a few of the overdraft charges themselves. All in all, I don't plan on closing my account anytime soon, even though I'm out of state now. I recommend this bank to anyone in the Albany/Greene County area.”
