I waited all day to pick up my screen protector and not only they didnt give me the confirmation to pick up but they cancelled my order without the decent courtesy of letting me know if it’s ready or even unavailable. This took up all of my time and I can’t even call them. Extremely unfair.

Worst experience ever! I attempted to buy a new phone with credit card but sales rep's iPad wasnt accepting credit cards and he wasn't able to ring me up anywhere else in the store like I believe that. Get this, he then activated the new phone before selling it to me and then charges me a $50 restocking fee that they "can't do anything about" after telling me they can't sell me the phone. Make it make sense! Literally shocked at the immoral and unethical sales practices. Do yourself a favor and buy your phones somewhere else or online.

Came in the and the MANAGER was dismissive
I came in at 6:10pm when the closed at 7pm and I guess he wanted to get an early close going . Not being considerate asked him for the next closest Verizon and he told me to google it . As a manager myself I know this is not the way to treat customers especially ones that come from far .

Yesterday I just told the sales executive to just add one line to my line ,he added it but also added mobile hotspot 100gb without my permission which another $10 bill added to my account.I told the man why my one line bill is too high compare to my other line “he replied it will be ok next bill “but when I came to my home I saw he added mobile hotspot this is very bad experience from this story be careful

Rude, deceitful, and unhelpful staff. Upsold me a phone that didn't meet the needs I had explained in detail to them, then when I returned to state how the device didn't meet my needs, they simply shrugged and said that the best I could do is return the phone. No refund on the bogus "in store activation fee" or of the case I purchased to go with the phone, no recognition of the time lost to migrating everything over from my old device, and an extremely confrontational attitude to boot. Do not buy from this location!

Extremely frustrating experience trying to pay my bill at the kiosk here. Needed to use Apple Pay and tap wasn’t working, I stepped away for a second to try and get help from someone and an employee steps in cancels my session to help another customer expecting me to wait 20 mins for before helping me with my problem. Complete lack of customer service
