Yesterday I just told the sales executive to just add one line to my line ,he added it but also added mobile hotspot 100gb without my permission which another $10 bill added to my account.I told the man why my one line bill is too high compare to my other line “he replied it will be ok next bill “but when I came to my home I saw he added mobile hotspot this is very bad experience from this story be careful

Rude, deceitful, and unhelpful staff. Upsold me a phone that didn't meet the needs I had explained in detail to them, then when I returned to state how the device didn't meet my needs, they simply shrugged and said that the best I could do is return the phone. No refund on the bogus "in store activation fee" or of the case I purchased to go with the phone, no recognition of the time lost to migrating everything over from my old device, and an extremely confrontational attitude to boot. Do not buy from this location!

Extremely frustrating experience trying to pay my bill at the kiosk here. Needed to use Apple Pay and tap wasn’t working, I stepped away for a second to try and get help from someone and an employee steps in cancels my session to help another customer expecting me to wait 20 mins for before helping me with my problem. Complete lack of customer service

My mom got me a new phone for my birthday and she shipped it to me. I tried to do the line transfer myself at home and a message popped up stating that the SIM card was not supported and that I needed to reach out to Verizon. I thought, oh well I have to trade my old phone in anyways so let’s just take it to the Verizon store down the street. Big mistake, huge. I get there and explain what happened and they proceed to disregard what I said and spent an hour trying to update my phone because that was apparently the issue in their eyes. I ask them why they can’t just manually transfer the line and they tell me they can’t do that because their system was having an issue. After it was updated, what do you know, same message pops up about the SIM card. The rep is confused. Only now does he ask me what kind of phone I have and then says ohhhh well yeah it’s an older phone so that makes sense. ? then we spent another hour on hold with Verizon AT VERIZON for someone to manually change the line for me. Something that should have been done the second I walked in but no, they didn’t want to listen to me when I told them the initial error message. After the line is transferred, I had picked out a new case while I was waiting and he was in the process of charging me for it. And then he tells me he can’t sell it to me because it’s not in their system…. How can that even be the case when it was on the floor to begin with? He asked me if I wanted something else and I said no please just let me leave. So I will never be returning to this location. I am so incredibly disappointed with this experience.

Worst customer service experience with their Representative JUAN. 0 customers service with undeniably rude and unhelpful behavior. I’m a 5 years loyal customer and really disappointed with Verizon at this time.
