Horrible place, had to pick up a package and the lady was so rude she had everyone who was picking up going from one window to another. And she called a customer stupid for not having a complete legal name on a package.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been in - and it’s crazy because I avoid it but when I have to come here for whatever reason I always have a TERRIBLE experience. Would give negative stars if I could ??

Everything is fine until you come with a complaint and suddenly they become very aggressive, you leave frustrated, because they or the USPS bosses don't care anyway.

Couldn't figure out how to leave an official USPS review, but Denise at the Broadway location is awesome and helped me figure out a situation I was having with my missing package!

Rude staff. Supervisor was even more so. And this supervisor had the nerve to make me look and sound like an idiot to other customers when I just wanted to send a form. Fire the whole lot. If they don’t like working there and take it out on the customers, they should work somewhere else to deal with their garbage attitudes.

This place is the worst. Horrible customer service and the Dropbox is always stuck or broken and they make you wait in a long line.

The mail carrier doesn't even try to deliver the packages. This is the 3rd time I was home and got the attempt notification. It only happens with USPS. All the other companies are always able to deliver the packages.

Great service, I never have to wait too long (sometimes there's no wait), and the staff are all very helpful and efficient. Despite the low reviews, this post office is always dependable. They were especially helpful in assisting me with a undelivered package, even calling to follow-up. Thank you for your service, I appreciate it!

Do not deserve even a one star. Horrible customers servise. I was told that my package is too big, when it is regular M size, so it can not be shipped. After I went to other 2 USPS location and had no issues with sending my packages. Seems that I was just discriminated at this location.

Absolute monsters. This is the second time now they've held my medication by not ringing my doorbell then claiming I wasn't there to pick it up. Last time they mysteriously held it for 3 weeks without telling the pharmacy, then sent it back. This time, they were ordered to redeliver it on the 30th (today), they were told well in advance through the website and in person, and they didn't, they're just holding it with no explanation. They are effecting my life severely, I need this medication; I already haven't had it since November, and am going longer now without it. These people need to be taken to court as well as never work another federal job in their lives. Hate this place
