Worst company to do business with. Don't bother, I called them for their services and they quoted me 45 minutes wait. I accepted but 45 turned to an hour, the wait continues to 1.5 hour. Called them back and gave them a piece of my mind with no foul language, is now 2:00 AM. Then he said I'm not going to pick you up and hang up on me. Don't ever use their service they are not reliable. United Towing is the worst in NYC........

This business parks their damaged cars and trucks all over the neighborhood, creating an eyesore and taking up parking for the residents. They must be in cahoots with the police because the police do nothing!

While waiting for a tow (over 3 hours) I actually watched an accident occur, resolve, and have both cars towed before my driver even called, despite assurances this was the fastest towing company in Queens. Unfortunately this was through USAA so perhaps they need to partner with better companies. If given the choice, do not use!

I am nine months pregnant and I get a flat on a cold November day at 11 pm. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. I called AAA who by the way should not partner with this company because the staff was completely rude and unprofessional. The tow guy was completely nasty to me and my boyfriend. He came to take the tire off but barely attempted. The tire was stuck and after one attempt said we need to go to a tire shop. My boyfriend got upset with the man because when I asked there is no other machinery or tools you can use to take the tire off, the guy said have a nice day. I refused the tow and the guy was upset. Therefore, AAA called in a three way call with the guy and the dispatcher of their company was completely disrespectful. I requested a new company and the new tow company came in a few minutes. The guy made so many attempts but couldn't take it off either but he tried. He was nice and polite unlike their employee. AAA must stop working with this company.

I received service within a half hour and the driver Valentino was very professional and ensured everything was ok with my tow, usually i get a long wait and shitty service when im in NYC i am very pleased with this service

I would NOT recommend Kimberly's at all. My car was in their service for a fuel pump replacement. After the car was fixed and I picked it up, I received a speeding ticket violation in the mail a couple of weeks later. The violation date was while the car was in their possession and was for speeding in a school zone at 8:08 am. I called and emailed the owners SEVERAL times but they have completely ignored me. I have requested that they pay this ticket but because they did not respond, I was responsible for paying the fine. On top of that, I questioned whether or not my car was in fact used for personal use as I don't believe they were doing any repairs at 8:08 am that would have resulted in them to test drive the car. They are not to be trusted and unfortunately have terrible service. It was absolutely their responsibility to pay this ticket.

Kimberly's towing was contacted to change a tire. They sent a tow truck with a driver who was unwilling to change my tire but only tow me to a tire store I've never heard of such s thing for a flat when you have a spare. I would never do business with them and strongly recommend no one does. They do not seem honest to me

Called this company to let them know that the trucker had my wife pinned in a parking spot with the truck . The driver was not working , I would under stand them. . He was just stopped in the middle of the street blocking traffic smoking and talking . Called shop dude picks up I tell him. His response " we are aloud to do that . Mean while there was a spot for the truck to pull over . I said you can't do that . Worker responds we an do what we want . I yell f*** that . He hangs up . Couple seconds later I received a text from A number I don't know saying "sorry Jesse couldn't hear u while I was tag teaming your wife and mom . This came directly from the worker I just got off the phone with . I have a pic I'll post to prove it . Lmaoo no wonder this company only has a 1.5 review on every review site and social media site
