The owner is a creepy, wannabe doctor, who is not only inept, rude, and again, very creepy, endangers anyone who comes into his store by talking out of his @$$ and giving "medical" advice to anyone he can. The doctors and other medical professionals in the area will back me up on this matter. STAY AWAY!!!!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. We have prescriptions for a couple controlled substances and they filled two prescriptions for us 1 time without issue so we thought we had finally found a pharmacy we could count on. But no. The next time we went to fill the prescriptions, which, BTW, our Drs only send in at 28 days after the last prescription was submitted, they said they don't feel comfortable filling it anymore and when I pleaded for them to make an exception just one more time (you go through terrible withdrawal if you go even 1/2 day without the medication) they wouldn't even listen and hung up on me! What kind of customer service is that?! I've read these other reviews and obviously they must have been filling regular non-controlled medications cause I found them rude, unhelpful and, frankly, condescending and judgemental. It is not out fault that we are prescribed medications that have been demonized in the media! We have legitimate health issues that require medication and all these people making it more difficult to get our medications is creating new heroin addicts every day! It isn't fair. When you try everything to stop the pain and finally find something that works, you shouldn't have to go through mind-bending lengths just to get that medication! Anyone who says to just get off of the medication and find another way to deal with the pain obviously has no idea what they are talking about and have never been in serious pain that required heavy medication. My husband has had several surgeries each for his knees, and right shoulder, has several herniated discs from GOING THROUGH A TRUCK WINDOW in a pedestrian vs automobile accident (where he actually DIED and was brought back), severe nerve pain in his right foot, as well as repetitive stress injuries and pain from minor accidents occurring at work. I have 2 herniated discs and a bulging disk in my cervical and lumbar regions of my spine, sciatica nerve pain shooting down both legs CONSTANTLY, nerve damage and pain in both feet, as well as repetitive stress injuries from work and being a pedestrian in a hit and run automobile accident. We are not faking, we are not crying wolf, we are not some junkies trying to score opioids. We are legitimate pain management patients and all this crap in the news and media is making our lives a living hell. Pharmacies and doctors buying into all this hype and making it impossible for patients to fill their medications ought to be ashamed of themselves and this pharmacy is the WORST. They should never have filled our first prescription. Now we can't find another pharmacy and my husband ran out of medication yesterday and I run out in a couple weeks. WTF are we supposed to do now?! (sorry for the rant but we are really frustrated)

New owners took over from the previous (not so friendly)owners. Nice little pharmacy in the area. Fast and courteous with your order. One stop pharmacy for all your needs.

I have been meaning to write a review for Triboro Pharmacy for a while, as this place is very deserving of a great review. I have used this pharmacy many times over the last couple years and it is always an excellent experience. The owner John and his wife (apologies that I don't know her name!) are very caring, dedicated, and give personalized attention. My first encounter with this pharmacy was when I had sprained my ankle and needed crutches, but I couldn't walk to the pharmacy. I had called around to a few places hoping I could find a pharmacy that would deliver crutches, but none would. Finally I called Triboro and before I even asked about delivery, the owner John offered to deliver them to me free of charge. He showed up at my door with them about 15 minutes later, and refused to accept a tip. Also, the crutches were less expensive than at all the other pharmacies I had called. My most recent experience at Triboro was getting my flu shot, and after this experience, I had to finally write a review. I had a such a nice time talking with John and his wife, and the injection was painless! Most importantly, they go out of their way to order mercury-free flu shots! Mercury is a known neurotoxin which is what causes flu shots to sometimes be harmful and therefore controversial. Despite this, most places simply order the vaccine that contains mercury because it is cheaper, and of course, don't inform patients about it. Triboro pharmacy does not go out of their way to advertise their mercury-free shots, I only know because I asked. They administer them out of true caring. I'm so grateful to have this awesome pharmacy in my neighborhood!

Amazing customer service. They get to know you in a way CVS or other big pharmacies don't. They talk to you and try to figure out what will genuinely be the most helpful for you without trying to upsell you. And they're pet friendly, which is a huge plus.

I am very impressed with this establishment. I needed a prescription and was nowhere near my usual pharmacy. I was so glad when I came across Triboro Pharmacy and I was even more glad when they said they could fill my prescription within the hour. They are very professional and even gave me advice on what not to have during the time I was on the medication. Love this place.
