Stephen was so helpful today when my daughter's iPhone broke and she depends on it for work. He not only fixed the phone, but responded to her late night requests for a price and an appointment. He was extremely nice and took care of fixing the phone so quickly. I would highly recommend SDigital.

Yesterday, I visited SDigital to have Stefan fix my cell phone screen. It's an old Nexus LG model that I have had since ages ago. Armed with a glass fused LCD digitizer, I prayed that he was able to replace the new part that I bought on amazon with the current cracked screen. I am happy to see him fix it with patience and grace. I thought he created the space to respond to the request on Yelp, and I felt he handled the goal with deliberateness as he set to fixing my phone once upon arrival. I appreciated that he was able to do it in less than an hour. He turned my phone on after he replaced the screen and showed me that it worked twice. After the repair, Stefan cleaned my phone and put a plastic cover on it which was a nice touch. In this world, without your phone, it just is not the same. Thank you Stefan for repairing my phone and handling it with professional care. I would highly recommend him to my friends. He is responsive and efficient!

Ive come to Steve several times for my phone or families phones to get a new screen. Doesn't use refurbished products, all new screens. Does right it front of you and tells you whats wrong. Only takes a few minutes to fix. Highly recommend coming to him if you need your phone fixed.

Literally the best phone repair store in queens. All phone repair stores are shady to say the least, but this guy is extremely straightforward and doesn't try to sell you anything like the other stores. The repairs are quick, but he takes his time when handling your phone, paying attention to little details like adhesives and replacing the gasket while other stores skip these steps. He even installed a glass screen protector for free while other stores wanted money for it. Im writing this review after I visited another shop because sdigital was closed for some reason, and I really wish I had waited for sdigital to open instead. Sdigital has better service, attention to detail, all while literally offering cheaper prices than other stores

Steve was excellent! I totally smashed my phone screen when it flew out of my hand as I was going down the subway steps. Smacked the platform face down (with a case, it still smashed). After I got home I did a quick yelp search on places that replace phone screens and he had the best reviews. I sent him a pic of my phone and told him make and model through yelp and he gave me a quote within 5 minutes. I booked it over there before he closed on Friday and he patiently replaced my screen. He has such a calm and cool demeanor. Price was superb and half of what I've seen advertised on the street. He showed me why my case was a bad choice and had a much better one for me to purchase in stock for a great price! And he gave me a free screen protector! He also showed me the difference between an Apple screen and a third party screen. He's so knowledgeable about everything. Totally happy with his work and highly recommend him to anyone!!

Stephen was absolutely incredible. He told me exactly what happened to my iPhone 8 when I broke it and fixed my screen extremely fast and very efficient. I also told him I was interested in buying a MacBook for the first time and he recommended me a model he had in his store and told me about the differences between models. Very high quality parts and service for a tremendous price. Will definitely be going back in the future for any tech repair services. I am very lucky to have met Stephen at SDigital. Steffan is so professional and knowledgeable. I am not tech savvy at all, and he helped me incredibly, with the choice of a laptop. He is so nice and truly cares about his clientele, you do not find people like him often. Very honest, and gets the job done...In addition, his staff is also lovely and very helpful. I am so happy that I chose to walk a mile to this place. The owner was so professional and I completely trusted him with my phone. He only took about ten minutes to fix my cracked screen. Apparently my phone was really dirty inside the charging port as well and he took the extra time to really clean it out. Even better, he took the time to clean out my husband's phone as well and taught us how to keep it clean. I will definitely be bringing all of my electronics in need of repair here in the future. Thank you again for the great service !

So I severely cracked my iPhone SE screen after falling down and landing with my weight on top of it. I took it to SDigital who told me it would be $59 and take about 15 minutes to install a new screen. It ended up being $60 with tax because I paid cash. The gentleman had an attention to detail so he told me he wasn't happy with the first screen performance, saying it was a minor issue but that it would just be another few minutes to install a second screen. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. Oh, and I got a free screen protector to boot.
