I wasn't sure if I should give 4 or 5 stars but they really didn't give me any reasons to subtract points. Price breakdown is regular pedi for $25, gel $45 or $20 extra if added to any of the spa specialties they have. Chose to do the jelly pedi & loved it; really feels like sticking your feet in jellies from the kids toys. It also held warmly making it more enjoyable. My lady cleaned up my nails & cuticles well, applied the gel & gave me a decent massage. She also put a timer on so you know you're getting your 10 minute massage! First time here, overall enjoyed my experience. It's air conditioned & there wasn't too many people so it wasn't outrageously loud (Sunday afternoon) it's clean & pretty updated compared to other salons.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got a pedicure it was $25 I handed the gentleman who did my pedicure 4 $10 bills and asked for change he came back to me with only $5 dollars I asked him where the rest of the change was and he proceeds to tell me I only gave him “$30 only 3 10s” I asked them to double check and they laughed me off ”your the one who made the mistake check your bag” so I did and it was off 10$ after arguing back and fourth and asking to check the cameras and what the owners number was he magically pulls out the $10 from his pocket. This place tried stealing 10$ from me … when I was going to tip him that anyways. I know it’s only 10$ but it’s the gaslighting and blindly stealing from their customers. Oh also he dropped the nail file he was using on me then picked it back up and started using it again…..

They were very nice but it was obvious from the start that the person doing my nails was practicing on my nails. It took 3 hours, she kept forgetting to turn the LED lamp, it didn’t match the design I showed them, my nails are bumpy everywhere and she didn’t apply cuticle oil afterward. Would not recommend/ would not go back.

I've been coming here for 2 years now but I just had a really negative experience with what seemed like 2 of the new technicians. Pedicure and gel manicure took two hours total. My toe nails are cut completely slanted. There's dried up gel nail polish all over my fingers. I did not get the name of my first nail tech but she had orange/redish balayage hair. When doing my nails she missed my nails multiple times with the electric shave down tool and the nail file. After it took her a half hour to just file my nails, I was switched to someone else. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks so they are kept pretty well. The second lady, who had glasses, was just as careless and when she was painting my nails it was extremely sloppy. Worst of all after getting my nails filed for 30 minutes they were covered in powder and were never dipped in the water bowl they brought over. Typically my nails are dipped in the water bowl and I'm asked to wash my hands before they started painting. My hands and fingers felt so gross covered in powder and when I asked to wash my hands she said no it would ruin the gel being painted on. My hands felt really uncomfortable and dirty for the rest of the manicure as they were covered in powder and then had to go under the UV light. I'm really disappointed because I've always liked this nail salon but it seems like the owners and nail techs are inconsistent. I will only be coming back for Vanessa, who gives an amazing gel manicure and pedicure. She was busy when I walked in so I gave someone else a chance but I wish I waited for her.

So disappointed! This is the second time in a row I have been here and I got someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing! Like, seemed to have never given a pedicure before. I have been going here for years and I'm so bummed. The nail tech had to keep asking what was next, didn't cut my cuticles or buff my nails at all, and it took an hour and a half.

It's a hit or miss. Today I had a terrible time. The nails messed up right after I left the shop.Edit:I visited again and I had a better experience but my friend didn't. It's a really hit or miss in this place.But I would like to give an amazing shout to MERCY she's amazing. Great service and skillful with her work. She actually layered the nail polish better than the other employee.
