HAMID in 2022 messed up all my taxes, and when I talked to him his behavior was very aggressive and disrespectful towards me. It’s been five months and I still haven’t received my refund from the IRS, and when I contacted them they said that they never received my tax application. And when I came back to HAMID, he stated that he can’t do anything for me, despite the fact that the issue was due to his negligence. And I got penalized by the IRS, and I have to submit a new application with a different accountant ,and because of that my refund was delayed for almost a year while I was in great need for that money as single mom with two kids.

I sent all of my tax documents over 2 weeks ago. I keep calling and they do not answer me and have still not done my taxes. when I try to call, the receptionist tells me that Aziz isn’t there when a friend of mine had just gotten off the phone with him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. A complete waste of my time. Do not get your taxes done here!

The place was good at the beginning ,when they just opene when no one knows them, they used to take care their costumers take time to explain what your case is and what you need and want you don’t need to do,even the waiting time was short .Nowadays they don’t do the same service they used to do before,they have more Client and more , due previous service but it seems they can’t handle it ,now do you have to wait hours and hours before they can see you and when you get there do you wanna just to spend a little time with you because so many people are still waiting in the waiting area so sometimes they don’t even ask questions they have your information and they just want to do copy and give it to you sometimes even the guy on the front desk The secretary do your tax ,If you want just to call no one will pick up the phone,In general I don’t recommend this place anymore to my friends.
