The pharmacy manager was extremely helpful and patient while dealing with some issues that came up while fulfilling my prescription. She went out of her way to support me and kept me updated as she had to work with my doctor

Yeah this place sucks. I had an urgent prescription put in and received a phone call from this location's pharmacy saying I could pick up my prescription after 7:30. Turns out the pharmacy closed at 7. The 2 employees I spoke 2 were some of the most if not the most unhelpful customer service I've ever received. Being told to call corporate is not a helpful thing to hear when your required prescription needed to be taken tonight.

Hell On Earth! I rather walk 3 miles to the next Walgreens than deal with the management at this location. Paul has to go! There is no nice way to say this. He is just plain rude, condescending, and sarcastic! You can't even ask for a product check without him talking down to you with that stupid smirk on his face and that foolish chuckle he lets out. Totally unprofessional! I guess this job is beneath him. Hence his frustration and miserable attitude!

Managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Haven’t been here in a very long time. Only some of the workers are what brings it together. The higher ups are full of themselves and just beyond rude.

Unless you want to end up waiting 30-40 minutes to purchase anything from this store. Or you want to hear the cashiers arguing consistently and yelling profanities all over the store don't bother with this place! Its a waste of time & I'm never going there again.

I waited 35 minutes on hold when the pharmacy was CLOSED and the system just rang and rang- no closed message. A prescription submitted and filled this morning now can’t be picked up due to the pharmacy closure even though I got a voicemail saying it is ready! This is horrible customer service! Treat your patients better!!!

I have been going to Walgreens Pharmacy at Ditimars Boulevardmore often than before. There are good reasons for my choices lately. Walgreens has very good workers. I have the chance tomeet a very nice cashier, Ana. She is a very good worker. Very pleasant with all the customers. I met her a few times. Ana should be promoted, to supervisor. She display a very good disposition with all customers, I have noticed.I have been at Walgreens twice this week. When one is treatedwell, and the prices are good, Walgreen is the place.A five stars to Ana, and the prices at Walgreens are great.

I’m a regular customer and have never been treated this well before. This woman named Ana was helpful and beyond nice. These days pharmacies treat people like $$, I’m sure that’s still the case but this was a pleasant experience! I’d give this store a 5 star rating because of her but a 4 instead because they don’t carry many items.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy staff called to say the rx wasn’t covered by my insurance and when I asked how much the rx costs, the staff acted like I was bothering him. Common sense says if you call someone to say their insurance doesn’t cover something, be prepared for the patient to ask what the out of pocket costs would be. I’m taking my business elsewhere.
