This place is close to useless. Missing products on the shelf. A pharmacy that has precisely zero clue about their own medicinal inventory (and can't be bothered to alert people to when appointments are not capable of being honored). The store is clearly closing and it feels like most employees are mentally checked out.
If you have any standard for quality or even just a store having, ya know, things to buy in it, go somewhere else.

Just got off the phone with Tiffany. She was SO pleasant and even offered to try my mom's rx on a discount card and lowered the copay from $141 to $26!!!! I've been paying for my mom's meds for years and no one ever did that for me before. Was such a pleasure talking with her. Not sure if she was a tech or an rph but Bravo to her!!!!!

A lot of things are locked up and require you to press a button for employee assistance, unfortunately, they don’t come by to assist. The self checkout machine works about half the time.

This RiteAid, in the heart of Astoria, has ZERO product of any use. You know what they have plenty of? Greeting cards, beer, and gift cards. The only reason they get one star is bc they have a pharmacy.

If you come here in the morning during rhe week there usually isn't a soul upfront, no security or cashier for help getting stuff behind the counter, only self check out.

Really wish this place was better than it is. Everything's locked down, and it's usually understaffed. I'm not waiting 15min for some shampoo lol, there's alternatives all around

Check in for flu shot or vax appointments are at the drop-off window, not the longer line for pick-up! Process was quick and easy.

I've been getting my vaccine boosters here 2 times with my mother yesterday I go to get my booster shot and we are told that they don't have Pfizer vaccine and our insurance anthem blue cross blue shield doesn't cover it which is dumb my insurance said the new benefits won't affect my coverage but it is. They tried to charge us 200 dollars for each vaccine even though they are supposed to be free
