I was showing as number 1 on the wall in list. There were 5 others behind me but they all went before me. I was the last in the room n finally was asked to draw blood. The technician was also terrible at drawing the blood. The most painful draw. Now I have a 4mm cut on the area. The technician cut my skin while drawing the blood with the needle. It supposed to be a small needle hole not a line cut

Do not drive here. Their is no parking and it's insane traffic. Quest office was down a few steps and to your right, from the front.
I booked my appointment online.
My entire experience was less than 20 minutes.
Katherine, was very professional and efficient. She offered clear & concise instructions.
I would recommend.

Scheduling options are very limited for this location. In addition you have to make appointments online. Some people are not computer literate. You should be able to make appointments in the office with additional personnel on site to do this.
If you cant do that then you should accommodate more walk-in appointments given that Quest has taken over most of the laboratory services in Astoria, Queens from other companies for example Lenco and Advantagecare Physicians. They need to be open longer on weekdays and weekends.
I had an appointment for 1140am and noted just by observation that the next appointment was not till 3pm and the waiting area was empty. Patients could have been served during that time.
The staff have exceptional customer services skills on the bright side.

Great and fast service from the employees! Unfortunately the results aren't that fast and it's very hard, if you arrive by a car, to find a spot in the area, but that is not their fault. There is a Mount Sinai hospital nearby. Recommend!

how come they are fully booked in afternoons but none is there. i booked an appointment at 3:10pm, but i got there 5min late and they were close at 3:15pm. another day, i got there 5 min before my scheduled appt and their personal was about to close the door at 3:05pm. the person asked rudely if I had an appointment, since they don’t take walk-in. another day, a person was not allowed to get inside because they were close at 3:10pm . if they close early they should change their schedule

Had a really good first experience in this location. You can check-in online and you get called in right away.

quest used to provide me with results overnight or the following day, now is a piecemeal process that takes 4 days, not helpful

Literally the worst quest lost my paper work order had to go all the way back to dr to get paper work then all the way back to quest

Did my blood tests 15 days ago and still havent received the results back. In other locations i used to get them after 3 to 5 days. Im still waiting for the results so i can have my medication, my provider said he hasn’t received anything from them, i tried to call the number provided but it s just a voice mail.Like seriously what s wrong with you ?
