I went to this place last week, what I can tell you is that if you buy suits and they say it is ready for that day and date, make sure by calling first to see if it is ready so that they don't waste your time, they told me they will be ready for Thursday since I needed the sleeves fixed because they were too big so I couldn't make it through Thursday, I went on Friday afternoon and they told me to come back another day because the suits were not ready, and I was surprised since they I was supposed to have it ready by Thursday, so we talked to the sellers and the person who sold me the suits acted oblivious so I asked to speak to the manager but it was in vain since he told me I can't do anything, come another day and I'm still in trouble. He said it angrily aside, I wasn't the only person who didn't get his suit delivered on time since I saw that there were more people asking for their suits. What kind of staff do they have working there? If they aren't serious people, they're supposed to be there. to provide good customer service and not to lie and take advantage of people just to obtain sales, be careful apart from that, look at what the cost is marked on the labels ? and if it is with a discount since they charge whatever they want In short, they look at you to get paid, they are taken advantage of, without further ado, take into account this contribution that I mention.

I was helped by Hesham Mahran to quickly get a tux for an event in just a couple days, the tailoring was quick and the prices very affordable, I would recommend for anyone in a similar situation.

I ordered a suit at a different store and it was suppposed to be in the store by today. It was not.
So I went to Portabella and Mikhaeel (I hope I'm spelling that right.) was the sales associate who greeted me when I entered. It took him like five seconds to look at me and find the right suit that would fit me. The service was incredible.
He took one hour to make all the necessary alterations. Mikhaeel did in one hour what another store couldn't do in 6 days. Incredible.

Everyone's very nice and helpful, but they SUCK when it comes to picking upt he phone. On the flipside, I purchased my suit in Sept and still waiting on a vest for my suit --- and I'm gettin married in 3wks.

I dont like to write reviews on places but today I felt the urge to do so. I was a longtime customer of this place up until today. I walk in feeling like a valued customer until I meet this lady working there. She was rushing me from the point I tried on some suits. I was verbally criticized for not picking out the expensive suit at the register. I told her I wanted another suit because this one is too expensive, and was once again engaged with an attitude. I try on a different cheaper suit (just the blazer this time) And picked out a different color then was told I had just tried that same color prior. I was being made out to be an imbecile it seemed like. Naturally I became upset and was already feeling flustered and at that moment I knew they lost me as a customer. Thank you for showing me how you much you wanted me as a customer.

Hesham and his team were AMAZING! They found my boyfriend the perfect suit for a wedding in less than 20 minutes. We are thrilled with what he got. If you need a suit come to portabella!
