Alex from Never Alone has been walking my senior pitbull for a few months. The service has been very reliable and they keep you updated with the walks. I’ve been very happy and I highly recommend! My pup seems very happy too…Thanks guys!

I am so grateful that I found Never Alone Pets to take care of my cat when I'm away. Damiana is professional, positive and a fast and clear communicator. Alex feeds my cat but honestly, he does so much more. First, Alex texts me to let me know that he is arriving at my place next. I get lots of photos of her food dish and the litter box as well, to let me see what food was left behind and then what he puts in her dish. My favorite photos are the ones he just takes of my cat to let me know that she is ok. Seriously, Alex takes great photos!! He also lets me know when he is leaving. I feel very confident when I go away that Alex is taking good care of my pet. Highly recommended!! Every visit has been amazing!

Would strongly recommend Damiana and her team to anyone needed pet-sitting services. They were highly professional, communicated with us throughout, and above all it was evident that they really cared about our cat and treated her with warmth and kindness. We were out of town for the holidays and contacted Never Alone Pets to look after our cat while we were away. We were 100% satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing pet sitting services. They were wonderful! Damiana and Jessica were terrific - very kind and very professional, and it was clear that they cared about making sure our cat was well cared for. Communication was extremely responsive, and we were sent updates, photos and videos each day. They really put our mind at ease, which is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended! Never alone pets is like family to me. Having a puppy can be very stressful and I thank GOD I met Damiana. Her professionalism and rates are fantastic but more importantly her kindness and empathy is what sets her and her business apart. I adore and love Alex who was my fur baby walker. Alex is truly a dog person! He always hugged and greeted my baby with a smile and she loves walking with Alex. Alex always sends great pictures during the walk, he goes above and beyond because he also confirms distant walked in terms of miles and confirms if she goes number 1 or 2 for me to know. To be able to trust your pup with people who clearly love animals and are just lovely human beings is a gift. Thank you Damiana and Alex!! Naya and I love you so much ❤️?❤️??

I've moved apartments a bunch of times, so I've had several different cat sitters -- and Never Alone Pets is the absolute best I've ever hired. Damiana was always easy to reach over email, she's so cheerful, and she took the time to get to know my cats and their specific needs. My cat sitter was Ilda and she was really fantastic - she texted me photos of my cats every day, and the cats (who are shy around new people) warmed up to her quickly. Never Alone's rates are very reasonable, payment was easy (Venmo), and there were never any extra fees like what I've experienced from other companies. A++++ highly recommend!

I've used Dami and her pet sitters for our young cat a few times while we've been out of town (usually for up to a week). They are communicative and punctual and very courteous. Appreciate it and hope to be using NAP for future sitting needs!

I am so happy I found Never Alone Pets!! My catsitter fell through last minute for a weekend trip last week and Dami was a lifesaver. She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)

Damiana and Alex are the absolute best. We highly recommend never alone pets. They are extremely reliable and never disappoint. A few months ago we had a family emergency and we called Alex late on a Sunday night to walk our Luna. He was there within minutes! We are your biggest fans and cannot thank you enough for taking such great care of our baby girl. Luna loves you all so much!!! If we could give you all 100 stars we would.

We love Never Alone Pets! If you're looking for a dog walking company that has loving, professional, well trained and reliable staff, you should definitely give Never Alone Pets a try. Offering a regular friendly face for my pups who could manage their "crazies" was my goal. Not all dogs are perfectly behaved, right? We have a nice, dog walker who loves our pups and exercises them when we can't, and we appreciate that a lot! Dami, the owner is AMAZING! So, it's true folks they are the best in Astoria!

We have been using Dog walking and dog sitting service for our dogs for over 3 years. I cannot begin to describe how happy we are with the professionalism, knowledge about care for dogs and friendliness of the staff. We consider them a part of our family. Our dogs love Damiana and are always excited to see her! We would highly recommend to all friends, families and colleagues. Great and clear communication, easy to coordinate with, I can go on and on. My daughter and I have been customers of Never Alone Pets since 2018 when we started their dog-walking services for our 9 year old Morkie, Dahlia. We love our experience with Alexandre and Never Alone Pets! Dahlia is our fur baby and her comfort and care is our top priority. When we first started, Damiana and Alexandre came over for a trial to see how comfortable Dahlia would feel with Alexandre as her walker. Needless, it went well from the start and we haven't used any other petwalking service since then.Alexandre treats Dahlia like she's his own and we appreciate that his updates include whether she peed and pooped, her mood, and a picture. We never have to worry about Dahlia while she is in his care; he even changes her water and plays with her a bit to make sure she has a 5 star experience. Dahlia loves her walks and is always happy and excited when she hears Alexandre coming to pick her up. We can always tell from the photos Alexandre sends during each walk that Dahlia is having a great time. Never Alone Pets has been nothing but professional and reliable, delivering an experience unlike any other service we've previously used. Definitely recommend!
