Super convenient pick up/drop off service, but I question the cleanliness. Sent a shirt that still had the tag on it a few months ago and it came back completely intact, no signs of washing at all. Didn't question it, but thought that was weird. Later had more laundry come back with deodorant stains still on them. This past wash, our towel came back with a huge fly stuck to it. Clearly had gone through the dryer together. Super gross and will be looking elsewhere.

Assistant lied and said she didn’t have bleach, when there was a giant bottle on n the back of the store. I offered to pay an amount. Very unfriendly as well.

the only place i will wash my clothes in astoria. always so clean and such friendly service! they dry clean too so it’s an all stop shop for all your clothing needs. good wifi and comfortable to stay while I wash my clothes. happy to have a local place that’s always a good experience!
