The staff member at this store today( and previously, too) is so helpful, kind and professional. I recommend this store where they will help you find the best phone for what you need/ can afford, & more importantly, take the time to help you understand whatever you need to know. Always patient ,even if you ask a million questions,lol..Thank you!

Store didn't have correct pricing and had to argue that the website showed different prices. Clerk did not want to believe me and would not check the website, so I had to show him the pricing on my web browser. Wanted to charge me more that triple the sale price. GTFOH. Said the new iPhone SE 3 hasn't been released yet, when it has been out for 2 weeks already. Tried to sell me the iPhone SE 2 at a higher price "since" he didn't have the new model. Buyer beware! The business owner doesn't know their own prices, and could overcharge the uninformed customer, and um, uh, "accidentally" sell you an old model. Clerk also said likely to have difficulty porting a number from AT&T but "he" could do it. I asked why on earth it would be a problem and he said "carriers don't want to let you leave." Thank my lucky stars I found the only clerk who can save me from the clutches of the evil other carriers!! Seriously gave me all the signals like a black market dealer. Taking my business elsewhere away from the shade and nonsense. T-Mobile corporate needs to investigate this location and provide corrections & re-training to the staff. The location is very convenient but you need to have knowledgeable clerks.

Polite, professional, fast and friendly. Received the help from a knowledgeable guy by the name Eduardo. And he was able to help me and being kind in the same time! Must say this is the cleanest Metro I’ve been to. Thank you.
