I went to this store to ask for a boost store location nearby and the store agents were so convincing and polite and ended up moving my number from boost to metro happily . I must say the customer service I received was one of the best till now and I love the service so far .

I love the service in the Store, they have a lot of knowledge about the plans and they help the customer with all the questions they have regarding cell phones and metro services,Gilsa, Darlyn, Sur, Abu and Fernanda are an excellent team.

Been a loyal customer for decades & got a separate phone which was cute from a polite professional attentive knowledgeable redhead girl but once I got home I discovered it was a headache to text so returned but couldn’t exchange so went across the street to buy a better phone with internet text & calls for just $100 w monthly phone bill at $20 instead of metro PCs’ new phones bill which is $45 so I may just change my whole account across the street because of this stunt. I love metro PCs but not allowing me to exchange a phone I just purchased is disappointed especially when your competitor across the street has lower prices. Y’all better investigate before y’all buy.

A very happy customer. They help me in fixing my phone which I did not even purchase from that store . I went to other store and they told me to go back to the store i purchase from. Very friendly staff and clean store .

I went to different stores because my SIM card was lock no store was helping me with this issue but then I came to 3006 broadway and they were very helpful and charge me nothing .

Went to this location after a bad experience at the 48st store. The lady was very nice and I like my new phone had it for a month now. The only thing I was hoping for is a better selection of cases. Everytime I get a new phone they never have cases that I like I end up getting it just so I can protect my phone from falls but then I go on Amazon and buy one

My mom bought a $199 Galaxy A13 5G phone even though last time my mom went to to this phone store she only paid $179 when my mom got the phone and came back home with it it wasn't working properly and it was cutting off and on it didn't even last a day please save yourself and do not go to this phone store because there's people in the phone storethat will scam you out of the original price for a phone even the iPhone don't work properly I'm changing to a different company and I suggest that if you're going to this phone store switch to a different phone company or go to a different Metro Plus because you end up getting a phone that does not work and you waste your money because some other guy paid $600 for a phone delivery but never received it from them but like I said again please save yourself and your money and do not go to this phone store I hope you're having a good day and this will help you

I purchased a phone (A13 5G) and all the accessories. Darlyn was very knowledgeable about the product and transferring of my information to the phone. He was very respectful as he patiently explained to me about the phone. I liked him very much. The first time I had contact with Darlin was when I purchased the A7 lite Samsung tablet. I was very happy to see him in the store when I returned to get a phone. I wish him all the best for 2023. His service is very professional.

I needed help for cleaning my phone, went to three different metro and they had very rude employees and wanted to charge extra fees just for deleting an application .I came to this store and they very very professional and helpful and did not charge me any fees . Love it
