I had 2 accidents this year & took my car to Jan's Auto Body Shop. Jan & Rudy are the greatest. Jan assisted me with insurance paperwork as I was not familiar with the process. Rudy also gave me valuable information. Did an excellent job in body work & kept their promise to get my car ready before Christmas. The car looks brand new & they did a phenomenal job. I would give 20 stars as 5 stars are not enough.

By far the best body shop I have ever been to. Jan and Rudy are both very nice and very honest. Total straight shooters. They went above and beyond for me with regards to the service and quality of work. They don't mess around with old or aftermarket parts (in my case) and the car looks brand new. I can't stress this enough. If you live in Astoria or LIC and need car repairs, this is hands down the place to take your car.

What an amazing experience.I’m big in customer service and a good vibe and OMG a they definitely delivered.I wish people know more about this place because what they will receive is excellent service .Will definitely recommend my friends there because places like this are hard to find.When you find something or someone worth your money and your time never let them go.

we just stop by here, the boss told us that they dont like to work for taxis and tlc thats why we didnt get fixed or even our front bumper hasnt removed by them i didnt understand which kind of auto repair is that!!! terrible customer service and attitude...

My car got hit by a construction truck damaging all of the front part. It's like I saw it destroyed in slow motion lol. They agreed to pay for all the damages just as long as I took it to a mechanic and give them the quote. I ended up Yelping and found a mechanic Astoria Auto Repairs called them and they told me I need an auto body shop - I didn't even know it was different. They referred me to Jan. I gave him a call and immediately he gave me advice on what to do and told me to bring it in. That was a major plus for me because he started off by saying "if you were my daughter I would tell you to do this" which gave me a sense of relief like I can trust him. When it comes to cars I just don't know much. But yeah I ended up taking it there. They fixed my car and it looks amazing! It honestly looks better than it had before. It took about 10 business days. Also - shout out to Jan & everyone who works there. They were super friendly and attentive.

Jan's is the best body shop I've ever dealt with, my car went in for work and came out perfect, the service was excellent and they're just great people to deal with, only place I'd go with my cars
