I do my taxes for 5 years with HR block and every year is perfect, this time I did them in this location because I moved in Astoria, Mr.Edward was very professional and perfect he explained everything.Every question was also explained whenever I had any.I would recommend him to anyone .Price I think is reasonable and I prefer to not worry for my taxes during year.All the best to the team .

Excellent customer service and one-on-one tax prep. I've been an H&R Block customer now for 8-years and I've no complaints. Only praises. I looked up how their company was established 69-years ago in 1955. Each year we must all do our taxes. So, why not patronize an establishment that has that kind of record

I have to say that I'm extremely happy to have switched over to H&R after years of getting my taxes done at a few different places. A little back story, last year my friend and I ended up waiting until the very end to submit our taxes and so we called H&R and we were told to come in and they'll try to give us an appointment. The front desk lady and the tax profesional Misty didn't hesitate to help us, and took us in the same day even tho they had a packed schedule.
This year I made a smarter decision and got my taxes done today and I was paired with the same tax profesional and I couldn't be happier. Misty is a very pleasant person to talk to, she answers your questions in a profesional manner but she's also very friendly so I enjoyed chatting with her as she was taking care of my taxes. So overall a good experience

Incompetent and unprofessional people working at this location.I called in advance and asked for their availability and they told me it was ok to walk in, and I made an appointment, by the time I was there the employee at the front desk told me to come back in 30 minutes and after he told me there was no chance to file taxes.I left and went to a different office I am never going back.

I've experience other branches but this branch was different. This is my second time filling with Margaret . she's amazing and always looking to help you out with anything. very informative and professional. she's always willing to work out a time for appointments. Highly recommended

Edward is wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and regardless of technical issues with the virtual option, he's wonderful with communication and getting the filling done.
