The best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They have short lines, always answer the phone. This is probably the best pharmacy in the tristate are. Big shout out to Dominick.

I want to write a review about Harpel pharmacy because they have made my life so much easier I have dealt with many pharmacies throughout the years and many pharmacist at the pharmacies they are the most incredible pharmacist that I've ever come in contact with they are so caring and so thorough and so kind I highly highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with medications illnesses or anything else that they may have questions about I could not have been happier and more satisfied Thanks you for reading

First time here and I live in the Neighborhood. Curtious, Cordial and all of the above. Needed a bedpan Urgently they had one in stock and set it aside for us. If you don’t know they have an awesome looking juice bar will come back for that. Thank you.

I enjoy the pre-made foods and daily soups at this store though you cannot rely on or expect these foods will be available regularly. These items are prepared by the Francis Lewis location and are supposed to be delivered to Astoria daily but delivery does not always occur or happens at irregular times. It would be great if they could service the Astoria location on a regular and consistent basis.

This is a great alternative to your typical CVS or other major pharmacy. Yes its a little more expensive. But if youre getting your prescription filled, your payback is not to have to wait in a long a** line! They also have a great selection of health food stuff, and great vegan frozen food selection. Oh wait! Smoothies, wheatgrass, acai bowls too!

Everyone in here is so friendly. The woman at the front register was so nice and engaging. They have good organic products and they have my sparkling water at a great price. Coffee smells great and i will definately be back for one of their juices!

My new go to for coffee! My walk to the train has nowhere to stop for coffee until I noticed they advertise $1.50 coffee. I stopped in and was very impressed! Cheap coffee with almond & coconut milk available as well as coconut creamer! Amazing. They have a regular roast and French vanilla. It's a serve yourself station. I don't use sugar, but they had coconut sugar & stevia. Aside from coffee there is a plethora of fresh, organic & healthy food available for selection. Ask to join their rewards! $10 for every $200 spent.
