This is our go-to for laundry. The staff there are excellent. The rest is just what it is, a laundromat. While we've had a few garments with random bleach stains (or unfortunately shrunk) at the end of the day, we'll consistently go here because of the way the staff takes care of things. While we almost never ask for anything outside of washing/drying/hang-drying, the one or two times we've asked if they can get out clothes done same day they've worked to accommodate. To be clear, we get there first thing in the morning when we're asking, so it's not as if we ask for it within 5 hours of closing.

Lost my jacket belt when given for dry cleaning. I don’t think they cleaned the jacket either but never recovered the jacket belt.

The seating is ltd if one does their laundry & is waiting.What is great a D&D is.right next door. I usually go for a doughnut and coffee while laundry is drying.Staff very helpful if one needs help.Haven't had any problems while doing laundry.

One time I forgot my wallet and only had $20 cash on me, which was just over half the amount I owed for my laundry and dry cleaning. It was late at night and the owner was closing up shop and he let me take my order for the cash I had on hand. I was extremely grateful.Regardless, I’ve been going there for years and have been more than happy with the service, never had an issue at all. They’re great!!

Note: This place is under new management as of a coupe years ago. Many of the complaints here are out of date.I drop off about once a week and I'm always impressed by how quick the turnaround is. In ten years they've never mixed up or lost any of my clothes and the machines and store are spotless. The staff is kind and helpful, especially Martha, who my son and I look forward to seeing each time we stop by.

The bad reviews are really outdated. I used the drop off service and it was great. Same day pick up. Clothes clean and cozy. Totally recommended. The staff was really nice and attentive.

Have been going to this laundromat for drop off service for over 3 years, always consistent, always on time, always clean and organized beautifully.The owners and the employees are super friendly and generous, after my apartment got flooded a year ago they accepted the mission of getting all the sewage smells and stains out of everything I own, and they did it with a smile, while other places would probably force me to do my own laundry at that point (understandable).They really are the nicest people !! This 5 - star review is long due

I did the pick-up drop off service with fluff n fold, and I CANNOT express how incredibly they handled my clothing! Their service was prompt, kind, and so efficient. They have just bought themselves a regular customer!So grateful! Thanks everyone!

Nice and clean. Not busy for an early Saturday morning. The attendant for this business is constantly wiping down the machine's which is really nice. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to some of the others in the neighborhood. I especially like how they are located right next to places where you can eat while you wash.
