The prices are good, and the quality of the shoes is also nice. I initially bought one pair of sneakers for $40, and while I was trying them on, the staff informed me that I could get the same pair or a similar one for half the price, which I gladly took advantage of. Only $60 in total - awesome! Special thanks to the guy and the girl for the pleasant conversation.

Amazing store! The helpful young man with a beard and the friendly young woman on staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting platform shoes, and I ended up getting an extra pair at half price. Excellent service and selection. I'll definitely be back again! 5 stars!

Horrible experience the staff was incredibly rude, they lock the doors once someone enters their store and start following them around especially men. The employees there ask if you need help once I told them no I was being followed around like a hawk. It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience, seriously never coming here again

A sales associate was extremely rude to me and my 6 year old niece. My niece accidentally dropped a box of fake nails, and the sales associate was quick to say, "Be careful with the merchandise." Now it's not so much what she said, but how she said it. She had a really big attitude about it and I didn't say anything. I hate causing drama, but then my niece said, "It wasn't my fault." My niece responded in a very soft and sad response because she thought she did something wrong. (It was an accident, she did not mean to do that.) Again, the sales associate responded with an attitude "didn't say it was your fault." I was speechless. I've never gone somewhere and had an adult be so rude to my niece before.By the way, this happened around 8 pm yesterday. She was a young adult. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.

Their slip resistant shoes are not slip resistant at all, wasted $50. False advertising is the worst.

I was very pleased with the excellent service that I received today at the Fabco Store located at 3159 Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens!I was warmly welcomed by Assistant Claribel as I came in and she kindly informed me of the 50% off special when one purchases a 2nd pair of shoes.As soon as I inquired where their high-heel shoes were located, Claribel kindly led me to that specific location and, upon inquiring my shoe size, brought me directly to that specific area.Thanks to the highly efficient and courteous assistance that Claribel provided, I was able to quickly get the exact pair of shoes that I was looking for! As Claribel also works at the cash register and is also an experienced cashier, she quickly handled my purchase.Last but not least, Claribel also informed me that if I was to visit their nearby Fabco store also located on Steinway Street at #3095 and found another pair of shoes that I liked there, the 50% off could be applied there as well. I thanked Claribel for letting me know this detail and for the superb service and assistance that she provided all around!

This is the larger of the two Fabco shoe stores on Steinway St. The place is larger, yet the selection of size 10 women's shoes is much smaller. Their air conditioning is not working and the place is hot! There was a fan in the front of the store, but the back of the store was unbearable. The only person I saw working there (an elderly lady) was very pleasant. I might pop back in here again during the colder months, but for the rest of the summer I'm sticking to the other location down the block.

I would assume every single customer should be treated same. Unfortunately that is not the case. The new Asian sales women asked me to put my bag in the entrance (it was a school bag) even though other Hispanic women were allowed IWithout question with bags.

As a now former customer of this establishment, a very much older lady who is always on the phone who worked here was following me around the store. She told me the discount the store usually has, and kept asking me do I need help multiple times I said no I do not need help as I’ve bought shoes here before. I want it to be known I am African-American. So I hope she wasn’t racially profiling me. However, A male hispanic customer walked in and she did not follow or stand nearby that customer. As she did with me. I moved to the other side of the store to look at some other things, and there she was AGAIN, standing right behind me. I looked directly at her and she asked me again do I need help. Please get rid of this worker. I will NOT be coming back spending my hard earned money at this store no more. Where racial profiling is practiced I will not be supporting this establishment. Unfortunately.
