Reasonable prices, only issue was while doing inventory, most of the racks would be so full that it made it impossible to scan. Besides that very respectful.

Fitting rooms are co-ed, no locks on the doors, and unsupervised. As I was trying on clothes a male customer swung my door open without knocking. A second customer attempted to open my door but at that point I kept one hand on the door handle while trying to dress. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I left and bought a dress at Banana Republic across the street.

The supervisor is a douche… the staff gives you a hard time to return your clothing as if they make 6 figures. Unlesssss your clothing has a DO NOT REMOVE tag on it you CAN RETURN IT. This store is a sorry excuse of a location and the staff is even sorrier. I could only imagine how they would act if they worked in a corporate setting ?????? Ladies DO BETTER

Love going here I been redoing my chino and I decided on Express most the sales staff are very nice. There was a guy at the register the other day I felt was rude and with an attitude. There was no hi no eye contact no thank you no nothing. It really amaze me how they work with the public.

I lost $65 here.I tried to return a dress the day I picked it up because the dress was defective. The staff at the store took so long to log the return into the system. When I went home and check, my Express app said there is no Return in progress. ? Turns out, the return was never logged successfully at this store. And then, after a conversation with Express customer service, I finally see the Return in my app, but then waited so long and no refund yet. Contacted customer service again, they said I needed to ship the dress for the return, but I freaking returned the dress AT this awful store the day I picked it up. They said the only way is to contact the warehouse. I gave up. Loss $65. Will never buy at this store again and will not shop at Express for a loooooong time.
