Had a very cruddy time trying to pick up my Valentine's Day gift for self and didn't even get the custom card I had for it. The place was packed and apparently you have to commit an exact precise time for pickups or you totally get ignored. Considering I was on a time crunch, this location isn't particularly convenient to a subway and the store itself is minuscule, I was definitely not pleased with my experience and it took days to get anyone on the phone who cared or seemed concerned about this.However, my persistence paid off and I got in touch with a very nice female staff member who made things right even throwing in some pieces of dipped fruit I hadn't had before. This definitely felt better for me so when I'm thinking of self gifts for Valentine's Day I won't totally discount this location though I expect to see my cards from my cats in the future.

I made a last minute change to my Valentine's Day of , to the day of-02/11/2023 instead of my delivery date of 02/18/2023. I also requested that it be delivered before 12pm-12:30pm. Well, they not only accommodated my delivery needs but they delivered it at 11:30AM! Everyone at my job loved it! Thank you so much!!!

Ordered:Fruit Fix Box (~$10 normal price; free during promotion): 6-pc chocolate dipped strawberries, apples & bananasAya's take:Edible Arrangements had a free promotion from Dec 22-31 offering these Fruit Fix Boxes. I have to admit I've never had Edible Arrangements before but this promotion has truly made me into a customer. I was not only impressed with the presentation but the freshness of the fruit and gourmet semisweet chocolate dipped into the fruit. It's a great gift idea, dessert to bring, or just for a "treat yourself" moment. So glad they did this and I was able to try it out!

Placed an order for my wife for Valentine’s Day aka today 02/14/2022 and they said the order was out at 10am it is now 7:56pm and we still haven’t received the order, checked the reviews on here just now to see if there was a 1-800 number I could call and I called all the numbers under the reviews left under the negative comments and still haven’t spoken to anyone. I called about this order atleast 20 times today was told by 2 different people they would get in contact with the driver who’s route my delivery was on and they both left me on hold for 25 minutes a piece and never clicked back over to let me know what was going on. This is a horrible place to Order an arrangement from, I could have literally driven from New Jersey picked up an order at the store and took it to my wife’s job in NY and driven back to our home in Jersey. Waste of time, waste of money, complete waste of business & I will be contacting your corporate office about this. FOUR THUMBS DOWN! WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I WOULD HAVE RATHER ORDERED MY WIFE SOMETHING ON UBER EATS OR GRUB HUB AND SHE WOULD'VE GOTTEN IT. YOU GUYS COMPLETELY RUINED MY VALENTINES DAY SURPRISE. Oh and my email still says “out for delivery” and the time is now 8:03pm as if people don’t need to get sleep for work in the morning.

First of all I set up a delivery 2 days in advance. I asked for delivery before noon. I called at 10:30 day of delivery and I asked about the delivery and they said the driver doesn’t start til 12:30. Why didn’t the call me? It was a gift and I wanted the recipient to be there. I ordered a dozen choc covered strawberries $50 and they were so small. I ordered before from other edible arrangements and the strawberries were nice and big. Will not order from this location again.

I’m disgusted by this establishment. I would give them 0 stars. This has to be the worst edible arrangement store. First incident was during Valentine’s Day my husband ordered me an edible arrangement and paid $130 only for us to have to pick it up! There was a line of cars and people waiting ; the staff also looked overwhelmed. It makes me question what kind of management they have ? I work as a customer service representative and I’m appalled at how this place runs their business. Now i decided to give them another try so I ordered an edible arrangement for the office staff and we didn’t get our order. The driver called at 5:10 to let me know he’s on the way meanwhile the store is 5 mins away from Us and it was placed a little bit before 11am. We close at 5 so none of us were able to enjoy our edible arrangement and decided to cancel. We waited till the last minute to see if anyone showed up. The last half hour they are open , they choose to not really answer the phone. My co worker had to help me call and she got someone on the phone. Last weekend I placed an order for my stepdad and he got it in 4 hours from the store In forest hills. I literally never want to order from here again.

I called this location to get an ETA for delivery because this was my first time ordering Edible Arrangements, the person working at this location was very rude and had an attitude. Also did not want to give me any information about my order. I went to pick up my order instead of getting it delivered like I wanted to. I must admit going inside of the store was a decent experience, my order was delicious and fresh.

One star for the Chocolate covered strawberries were large, sweet and fresh but my roses were dead before morning my husband purchased and picked up on Valentine's Day and I took these photos when I got home and put them in water. They didn't even open because most of the petals were already plucked off. You could've reached out to him and told him that you didn't have any good roses refunded him and just sold the strawberries.
