The driver door of my car was badly scratched in a hit and run by a truck while my car was parked. I contacted this place because of the good reviews on Google and the experience has been great. I contacted another place before and after submitting my paperwork they never called me back. However, in Eastcoast automotive they have been very very responsive. They took care of negotiating with the insurance for me and they left the car like new, even applying wax and cleaning the interior really well. Being my car bright orange, the color matching was perfect. You can check the pictures. Definitively I would come back the next time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The only reason they have 5 star reviews is because they have their OWN RELATIVES AND PEOPLE CREATING FAKE REVIEWS... at least put some effort into the names. If you look at their yelp you will see only 1 star reviews. These are the biggest cheats and crooks in the auto repair industry. They will deliberately mess your car up so you can spend more money. They will switch good parts for bad parts. I honestly cannot believe they are still open.If you're in the mood to destroy your car or get rid of some extra money lying around in your mansion, please go to them. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go to the honest mechanics in the area around 21st Street.Service: Oil change

Be very careful with this mechanic shop. They are very dishonest there. you will pay for the service and they will damage your car by replacing parts I had one of the bad experiences of my life with this incompetent rude, liar and dishonest mechanic. My car came back with a airbag malfunction warning light on the board after they worked on it . Can you believe they told me it’s not a problem to have a warning light on my dashboard ? I went back there to fix the issues they start playing game with me until now . If you read the similar reviews on them that’s totally true

Wanted to give zero stars. Extremely dishonest. Car came back with a cut in the seat and of course Manny said he’s not fixing it or paying for it. They also got a parking ticket and did not pay it nor told us. We only found out when the ticket was mailed with one day left to pay.Nothing in my review was a lie. You did your friend a favor but does that give you the right to treat a paying customer less than? You were paid upfront for your services. No one asked you to pay for Uber nor a car rental and you paid for neither. The ride to finally pick up the car was provided by the friend that referred us to you. You were not honest when we tried to find out when the car will be ready which caused us to return the rental early and left us without a car. Communication is key. If it wasn’t ready then say so, that way we could plan accordingly, but you didn’t. You said it was ready- that was a lie! The ticket was received while in your care on 7/5 - you said nothing nor did anything. A courteous text in the same way you are able to respond to my review, that you weren’t able to pay it on time would have been appreciated. Instead, the mail came on 8/4 stating payment for the ticket was due on 8/5. When asked on 8/4 you, said you paid the ticket and will send the receipt tomorrow (8/5). We checked online and the ticket still showed open - YOU LIED.

The prices are very fair for what they do. And the service is great. I highly recommend. Of course like any business they make mistakes or miss things, but they don't over promise and if they are busy they will say come back another day... honestly would rather come back another day then wait hours thinking ill be next. they explain everything they did or didn't. They stole my engine, and the police refused to take action. They have a used car business in New Jersey and buy cars at auction. Then, they use the good parts from unsuspecting customers for those cars and replace the parts with refurbished junk. They had the same mechanic who replaced my engine with a lousy one to find my parked car and smash windows to draw me in for repairs and to steal my battery and replace it with a nearly dead one. They forced me to move to Park Slope, where Jewish Liberals kiss up to Democrat Party lackies who organize attacks on them and their friends for the teacher union jobs, Randi Winegarten salary, idiot Governor Hochul stupid-faced and corrupt, and Farrakhan-Obama-Adams's anus liposuction.
