As other reviews have noted, this is not the cleanest nail spot on the block. That said, what they lack in aesthetics they make up for in the quality of work they put in, especially as far as gel manicures go. In my experience, this is the best price you'll get for a gel manicure that lasts well into week three. Sure, it's a little run down, but you can't beat the value, selection of gel colors and work that they do here. I've had hit or miss experiences here with walking in and being able to be serviced immediately, so if you have somewhere to be I'd recommend making an appointment ahead of time. They also don't take American Express, for any folks who are trying to rack up those points.

I never leave reviews but this experience was the exception. Terrible manicure and even worse customer service.. Not only were my long nails cut so short they actually hurt me but the gel polish was literally glued to my finger and when I asked for it to be fixed she took a file to my nail which had already been cut improperly… at this point my nail literally stared to bleed. I have never gotten such a bad manicure in my life. Do not waste your money here because they will still charge you even when they completely screw up.

UPDATE: My toe is infected. It's red & there is pus coming out of the wound. Now I need to seek medical attention. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SALON! I will be reporting this to the NYS Board of Health. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've walked by this nail salon dozens of times, but decided to finally give it a try today for a pedicure. Bad decision. The place wasn't crowded for a Friday afternoon and they took me immediately as a walk-in. I picked my color and sat in the pedicure chair. Looking around the place was a bit rundown and not the cleanest. There are chips in the paint on the walls and supplies just seem thrown around. There was some dust on the nail polish racks. The lady doing my pedicure told me to put my feet in the water. She was a bit rude, barking orders at me. It was scalding hot! I immediately took my feet out and told her it was too hot. She insisted I put my feet back in. I did and immediately took them out again and started yelling that the water was burning me. She rolled her eyes & finally adjusted the water, but she was obviously annoyed with me & made it freezing cold. I was already over the whole experience and didn't say anything. Then she pulled out a filthy, used nail file to file my toenails. I pulled my foot away and asked her to use a new file. She rolled her eyes at me again & took out a new file. She pulled out the cuticle nippers and I told her my skin is very sensitive. She proceeded to cut my second toe on the left foot. I felt the cut & jumped, but she didn't say anything and put pressure on the cut to try to stop the bleeding. She kept trying to cover the toe so I wouldn't see it, then dabbed the blood with a paper towel several times. She never acknowledged the cut or apologized for it. Then she applied the nail polish, which upon closer inspection is uneven and doesn't fully cover the sides of my nails. Complete botch job. I sat to dry for ten minutes, paid, and left. I will NEVER return to this salon. Their sanitation practices are nonexistent and they are rude. I'm just hoping I don't end up with an infection from the cut.

Jessie was awesome! I went in with a few problems from my last nail salon, and she kept me from losing my nail! I am definitely going back there. I live in Long Island, and I can go to any salon and park for free, but I will take that trip to Queens and pay for parking to get this great service. Thanks to my daughter, I've found a nail salon I'm happy with!Jessie gets a 2 out of 2!! She did it again! I showed her something I liked, and she altered it to accommodate my shorter nails. Don't sleep on this salon. She is AWESOME!!Manicure price: $60.00

I receive a pedicure and manicure on Nov 17, 2023. My hands and feet look like a child did them. The person cut me doing my cuticles. The manager is very unprofessional and picks and chose who she wants to assist. She allowed me to sit there for about 20 minutes. When she was available and staff member. The place is very unprofessional when serving customers. I was discussed and wasted my money. I wish they had a star less than 1.

Warning! I visited this place for the first time this evening and first and foremost I have to say that it's very dirty and the sanitation is very questionable. Everything looks dirty and dusty. I watched will I got my service and no one was cleaning, wiping anything down. Even the towel she used at first I thought was used but it's almost like they air dry them so they look wrinkled and they are grey and hard. There are stains that are NOT paint on the walls it looks like food or something. There was a technician sneezing over her client without washing her hands. I was in such a bind because I had to leave for vacation the next day but I won't be back. BIG ISSUE: I used my card to pay for my service within 15 minutes of me leaving the salon someone used my card number to make online purchases at Target. 3 back to back purchases totaling over $1k. My fraud alerts were blowing up as I was driving home. I had to remember back-I gave my card to the technician who walked away, charged it and brought me the receipt-the timing is insanely ironic. I had to close my card and reset everything. Everyone knows how annoying that can be. Go elsewhere they have some cleaning up to do in all the ways. Don't risk infection in your nails or in your bank account. Scary.

I love Jessie and Jane they are my favorite I always leave happy with the work they do! Super sweet treat everyone so nicely. Music makes it a drama free environment such a plus and they always deliver when they ask what you want this time. The last picture I’m holding AirPods in my had JESSIE HAD DONE THAT SET MAY AND LASTED THROUGH AUGUST NO CRACKS SPLITS BREAKAGE NOTHING AND THESE ARE MY REAL NAILS UNDER!!! Like I said I went back and got my refill as you can see in the next few pictures a rose gold set!! THEY WORK HARD AND I LOVE THEM!!! IF YOU LOOKIN A NAIL SALON WITH GREAT SERVICE A LITTLE BIT A WAIT TIME BECAUSE THEY ARE AAMAAAAZING AT WHAT THEY DO I RECOMMEND A+++++++ CALLL IN ADVANCE OR JUST WALK IN IF YOUR THAT TYPE OF LADY GOGEEETTEEEMM
