Shabina is the only good thing about this branch, if you're there in person. Getting a hold of someone at the branch to talk to over the phone is impossible.

This branch does differently from other Citibanks in Jackson Heights, Woodside and other branches in the area. Manager and the staff need to learn. I will not visit to this branch again.

10-15 minute wait to be assisted by a teller. Manager is unpleasant and unhelpful. Do not recommend this branch they themselves will recommend other branches. Save your time and head elsewhere.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer teh phone at this branch. Phone calls ALWAYS get transferred to a computer automated center that makes you jump through multiple hoops and listen to automated messages for over 20 minutes. The automated messages do NOT have an option to be connected to a human agent. This is beyond RIDICULOUS!

Every single time I try to use the money in debit account Citi comes up with a new issue and I have to either call them from a department store to verify it's me, or call them because they locked my account for no reason (and would not unblock), or triple verify it's me for a Zelle transaction, etc., etc., etc..... I have nothing but negative experiences with Citi.

When my husband and I first got involved with this bank it was a good bank. However it turned it out to be a fraudulent bank. They took money out if our accounts without telling us. If we made a complaint nothing was ever done about it. If we didn't get an item we ordered and asked for the money back the bank did but only took it back double what the price was. No one there speaks proper English. If you get use to the person giving you your accounts don't get to attached because they leave with out even an email to you. Very corporate very robotish place. Any smiles you see you fake. I do not and will not ever recommend this bank to anyone.

Horrible service. I waited 1 hour and 20 mins for the branch manager to tell me he couldn't help me. Then claimed he would call me the next day after discussing my matter with legal and never did. Don't go to this branch for help. They'll just waste your time!

I was happy with Citibank until they offered me a $1000.00 promotion if I opened a checking account with a $75k deposit for 90 days. 180 days have passed and the have not honored the terms of the promotion. They gave me nothing and I actually lost money that could have been earning interest in a high yield CD. Citibank customer service as well as the branch employees could not explain anything. Citibank was a waste of time and money.

Worst Branch I wish I never opened my account over here. The banker Paola asked me for over 3 forms of ID when all I needed was a bank statement. They don’t let you get access to your own money. I am closing all my accounts from here.

Horrible customer service. They sneak people in before you. Waiting for 1.5h just to open an account and the manager comes to tell me that I need to have “more patience”. Whoever has an appointment goes before you even if you have been waiting for hours. Two people working only… disaster

i am dropping td bank as my primary bank as customer service quality has dropped the last couple of years and dumping the self service coin machines didnt help . citibank is now my number one bank for my banking needs and the branch in astoria is very good for personal customer service. the lobby foyer area is well kept and has plenty of easy to use atm machines and the main entrance has a customer service rep ready to help and to the left is the line to do banking biz with a teller. i went in person to get a change of address and order check refills and the gal customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. good citibank branch in astoria , td bank sorry you have been let go from the being my number one.
