10-15 minute wait to be assisted by a teller. Manager is unpleasant and unhelpful. Do not recommend this branch they themselves will recommend other branches. Save your time and head elsewhere.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to answer teh phone at this branch. Phone calls ALWAYS get transferred to a computer automated center that makes you jump through multiple hoops and listen to automated messages for over 20 minutes.
