Redesigned with only 2 bank tellers. Long wait lines that are not ideal. Steinway is one of the busiest streets in Astoria so I don’t see how this design makes sense for one of the largest banks in the USA.

People are waiting in long queues, employees are very slow and do not treat people well, you will understand for yourself when you go there.

I was hit with a scam last year. I call the report to stop the scam that same day. There 24000.00 away with no problem. Report it to Precinct they say bank need to care of it. The bank said send a letter scammer.

Went to the branch located on 38-18 Broadway Astoria, NY 11103 to handle a debit card issue. The cashier was pleasant and attempted to get my issue resolved. The issue was that I received one debit card ( personal) reflecting my new surname and the business debit did not update. I called on Saturday the customer service number and the representative stated I needed to go back into the branch.That is why I took time out of my busy day to go back into the branch.The banker Raul Briceño when asked by the cashier for assistance- immediately said contact the customer service number. I stated I already did that and without eye contact or without even approaching the window just kept stating to contact customer service. I advised the cashier that I did that already and he insisted I call again. I stated let’s call together and that’s when another banker Ms. Joanna Criollo helped me out. She was courtesy, attentive , and personable. She deserves a 5 star rating :)As a banker- you need these qualities. Maybe Mr. Briceño needs to learn from his colleagues.

The old disgraceful obnoxious security lady was very rude . I was there at 9:59 to use ATM and she was not allowing me in . I would have understood if it was gone past 10 . There is no customer service at all . She was arguing with me . Chase bank should never hire people with such attributes. Such a shame and bad experience to see such kind of people working for such a reputable bank . And i have always notice her rather than doing her job she is always busy on the phone talking to someone or using her facebook . Very disgraceful. Also i would like to request the bank to fix their ATM IT SHOULD BE 24hrs service .
