The only way to get in touch with this branch is either in person or through the 1888 number (thats also a maybe). They never pick up phone. Anything other than your account balance, good luck trying to talk to a human being

Customer service representative is very rude and unexpected behavior shown today. When I asked her I needed to speak with customer service about my account, she didn’t want to listen and behaved very rudely with me and she told me to go to the counter. She always looks very anxious.
