This 3:00 closing time is very inconvenient for people who actually work. There's no reason for this branch not to go back to regular 4pm closure. Every other bank is open regular hours

Nice people working in this location but overall the bank's services and hours are ridiculous. Very inconvenient short hours, long follow up calls with 10-15 questions after online transfer to another bank that I previously authorized twice.

I had a very, very bad experience at this bank today. 1500 was withdrawn from my account at 4 :12 pm. Thanks God I got my notifications on and I hurried to the bank which was closed. I stood there with my husband and called over the phone. The manager answered and said it was a mistake the cashier did. How can somebody justify taking money from a customer account as a mistake? I dont understand. It was clearly a theft. Up to this moment cant believe it. They put the money back. But how about other people who dont check their apps or dont receive notifications. Beware of your money. We are supposed to have confidence in our banks but now I see we even have to be aware of them.

I love this bank! The level of personal service is exemplary. I am greeted by name when I walk in the door - when does that happen in NYC? Also, they call me on the phone when there is a problem with my account. I got my account here at the Ditmars Branch after being treated horribly over and over by the local Chase Bank (formerly WaMu, which was much better).
