Admiral was able to make copies of an unusual set of keys. It was slightly expensive ($25), but after making the copy, they also marked the key with the store's address, so that they can help for free if they key has an problems. It's a great way to guarantee the quality of their work.

I was charged almost 10 dollars for a key copy, I was told that it was a special key
Went to a few other places and they said that would cost between 2 and 4 dollars
Be careful with this place!!!
I will never go back there!!!

All I wanted was a deadlock to be put on my door but the previous owner messed it up. The guy that came out said he couldn’t t do it but tricked my wife into switching the regular door lock that was perfectly fine and charged her!They are nothing but thieves!

I unfortunately had been locked out of my apartment the night before with no backup keys and had to be rescued by a scammer that charged me an extortionate amount to get my apartment open (and even broke one of my deadbolts!).Called Admiral the next morning and they were able to send someone out to my apartment within a few hours of the call. Marcelo was one of the most professional people I have worked with. Redid both of my locks and replaced the deadbolt that had been broken. I thought the pricing was more than fair, will be using Admiral in the future if needed.

Marcelo is excellent! I was able to get a same day appointment (thankfully I did because he was going on vacation tomorrow). He came immediately, replaced the cylinder in the front door of my apartment, and was very friendly/knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need!

Went today to get a key copy made...not only did the copy they made not work, the original key was also damaged in the process and not longer worked either.
