Competence abounds. With prices that are neither too cheap nor too expensive, this auto shop has been one of the most reliable mechanics I’ve ever encountered.
I have a 98 Toyota 4Runner and they’ve been fantastic at diagnosing any issues and spotting future trouble areas.
I can’t recommend Euro American enough!

I brought my car in just for wheel alignment and he wanted to charge me $1300 to change the arms, bushing and ball joints and charged $50 for just taking a look. got the whole job done for $800 elsewhere

Went to another mechanic in Astoria and got the sense they were trying to rip me off so I came here after seeing all the positive reviews online. They were very up front about things and the repairs needed for me to pass inspection cost about 10% of what the first place was trying to charge me. This place definitely lived up to its reputation of having good honest mechanics

When it comes to mechanics Euro American is top notch. Their entire team is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and most of all HONEST!. The service is great every time and the prices extremely fair. I’ve dealt with Laz on numerous occasions and each time Laz and his team never seize to amaze me! Thank You Euro American!

Experienced tire shop that knows exactly what they’re doing. I came in with a bubble on my tire and they were able to order the correct (special order) tire for delivery the next day. They installed it quickly in under 30 minutes and was good as new. They didn’t try to sell me additional services I didn’t need like the dealership. I would definitely come here again for any tire needs.

This mechanic shop is the most trustworthy and dependable I've ever seen.
Their estimates are accurate, and the level of care they provide for my car exceeds expectations.
I've known Laz and George for eight years, and meeting Manuel, one of the msin mechanics, recently was a pleasure. Their expertise and experience are evident. Despite moving from Astoria to NJ and later to Long Island, I still choose to drive back to have my car serviced here.

The service was great and I did the oil change which was only took last than 1 hour, very quick and efficient. The staff was nice and kind, the price was very decent and reasonable. Highly recommend this place and will be my first to-go auto repair shop, especially for quick oil change. I suggest to call to inquiry first before you go to make sure they have spot for you otherwise.

This was my mechanic for 2 years while I was living in Astoria. This business always impressed me with how competent, honest, communicative, and professional they are. They were fair priced, thorough, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I had multiple positive experiences with preventive and emergency maintenance on my vehicle and would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone in the area.

Left my car to have them inspect a small steering issue as well as do a general inspection. They were very honest in that they found the cause of the issue to simply be a loose steering shaft which only needed to be tightened. They tightened it and only charged me for the inspection.

Not sure why but its like a proven fact that Mechanics and dealerships gives regular customers trust issues. I came in for tire and brake pad replacement. Costed me about 1200$ for the 4 tires and brake pads. Biggest reason for the 2 star is the inconsistency of customer service. After the repair my brakes were constantly making a creeking and grunting noise when stopping and going. I called the store for this issue and to see if I can bring it in. They were happy to check it out again but due to scheduling its hard to find an opening on saturdays. Saturdays are first come first serve they said. Understandable, I've no issues with that.Just a little background info before I dive into the issue. During the repair on the wheels I asked them to check out everything and if anything needs to be replaced, I'd pay for it. Meaning rotors, brake fluids, anything necessary. After the repair I asked again if those looked okay, and Laiz told me no issues with those. Now that I've brought the car in again to be checked, I'm thinking maybe it just needs a little tweek cuz the brakes went on wrongly. Thats okay because mistakes happen. I thought wrong. George told me the rotors need cleaning cuz of dust and thats whats causing the noise and will cost 120$....From this perspective does this not sound like a scam? Logically if there was no issue before the repair and then theres one after. It means something happened during the repair process. All you need to do is own up to it, say my bad and I'd understand but the mofo's decide to charge me extra? Wtf? Of course I communicated this nicely but it seems being nice can't get you anything.George then said. If the information you got from Laiz was that everything looked good, you should talk to him. He comes in on weekdays... I wouldn't be coming on a Saturday if I could on the weekdays. Inconsistency of service as I mentioned.

Laz and his team will take care of you. Needed a replace a dead miniCooper battery. Something not many places can do on a Saturday (even the dealership is closed)Fair price, great service and in and out in a jiffy. Highly recommend

Know them 2O years . Laz and before him, his pop Harry . THEY never let me down and kept me on the road and not in the poor house. Shame most dealers cannot bring this family owned attitude to their work. Nor the quality. Laz, thanks for always helping me.
