Nobody answers the phone. Called all day. Message box is full and can't leave messages. I left message on website, no response. Terrible business practices.

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed the experience. We booked them for a present for my brother's birthday. The staff were friendly and the pilot was great. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to take a balloon ride.

Strung me along for months. Asked me to contact him later in the week to pick yet another new date, then acted like he had never heard of me and that it was my first time calling.Professionalism is sorely lacking. Huge waste of my time. I would look elsewhere if you want a balloon trip.

Absolutely amazing! Geoff and his crew were wonderful. I wasn't expecting this adventure to be anywhere near as amazing as it was. Our original date was canceled due to the weather. But Geoff was wonderful and called us with a cancelation and asked if we wanted to go that night. The ride was more than just a take off and a landing. It was filled with wonderful knowledge and great conversation. I'm going to stop there cause I don't want to give away any surprises! But I will say by the end of the trip, I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like I had known everyone for years. This was an adventure of a lifetime, and something I would love to do time and time again. I would, and am going to, recommend this to anyone that will listen!

Our experience with Sky Sail started more than 20 years ago with a sightseeing flight over Chautauqua Lake. We had such a great time, we started volunteering as crew members and have continued ever since. The pilot has more than 30 years of experience. Our equipment is inspected each year. The focus is always on safety for everyone involved. Weather is a huge factor in deciding whether to fly or not, and while it might be disappointing to have to postpone, it's always better to be on the ground wishing we were in the air than in the air wishing to be on the ground. Join us for a dream fulfilling experience of a lifetime!

I have never been so disappointed in a business before. Had a flight scheduled for 10/14, the owner had to reschedule because of a broken vehicle so we agreed on 10/21. Jeff was supposed to call on 10/20 to give the “all clear” for the flight for 10/21. Never received a call. So my fiancé called Jeff and left a message for him the night of 10/20. Morning of 10/21 came around and the weather was absolutely atrocious, windy/rainy/cold. Between my fiancé and I we called Jeff 20 times, text him once, left two voice mails and Facebook messaged him trying to figure out what was going on/when to reschedule for. Jeff never contacted us. It’s now 10/23 and we still haven’t heard back from Jeff! Absolutely ridiculous, wish I could give zero stars. This hot air balloon ride was to celebrate my recent engagement and instead of celebrating we were stressing!
