“Ryan and Crew are first rate. I had two problems with my truck both Electrical. First my third brake light on my Cap would stay on , after truck was turned off. The second one was my headlights on my plow had stopped working. Made a appointment, Made the drive from Pennsylvania. With in a very short time his crew had trouble shot both of these issues and fix the headlights on the spot. The brake light will needed replaced but he order one up and will replace that soon. Both of these issues are in their wheel house. If you are looking for a fair deal with any and all your questions answered you cant go wrong with these guys! Was it worth the hour drive each way, A over whelming Yes. Thank you. Two thumbs up!”

“Autozone is okay in a pinch but my choice is 1. Napa, 2. Advance 3. Autozone. Try to buy OEM if possible - great deals online at RockAuto. Since advance bought carquest they have better products. Buy online with a discount and pick up in the store. Napa Also now is doing up to 20% off to buy online. Advance has some sketchy duralast parts but at least they save your info for warranty.”

“Thank you Errik for helping me with the purchase of my RAV4 Prime. Errik was honest, helpful and thorough. I flew from Atlanta to Erie to pick up my car and Errik arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely ti Atlanta! It was well worth the trip up to Lakewood and I would be open to buying another car from Luv Toyota and working with Errik Gordon.”
