So unprofessional from the staff to the supervisor even to the mail carriers. It’s ridiculous but I see a lot of people have the same issues with this post office. They’re rude and abuse their authority. If you make any complaints they want to penalize you as far as with holding your mail because you want them to do better. They need new management and supervisor. She’s not trying to improve anything.

My experience at this post office has always been good. When it comes to serving the community, it is IMPOSSIBLE to please everyone. I never noticed the bad ratings until today. As a postal employee for over 17 years, I felt the need to post a positive review. People have to learn to be patient and give other people grace and understanding. For those that would complain about their mail arriving late, let me break it down for you. If your regular carrier isn't doing the route that day, it is then split up and given to other carriers to do in addition to completing their own routes. FYI: most routes are 5+ hours in the street. For those that would complain about long lines, most of those lines are long because of some unprepared and indecisive customers and not the mail clerk. USPS employees work extremely hard but you wouldn't see that because you only see the clerks seated at the window or the mail carrier pushing the cart, it takes work to move the mail. Be patient, be respectful, and give others grace. A simple "Thank You" would be appreciated instead of a complaint.

One of the worst post offices ever. Please choose another office with a better rating to drop off/pick up your packages at. They almost always have 1 employee working who sounds like they're done with life. If this post office is the one delivering your packages that aren't mail envelopes/small items, good luck getting it. They will never deliver it and leave a message saying "delivery attempted"

Granted i only went once, to mail a package, but the supplies were fully stocked, the line was short, and the man helping me was great.

The service at thus facility SUCKS!!!I paid $15.00 for a mailbox key and it is over 2 months now, and 8 visits still no key. I was told that it takes 7-10 days and I am still waiting. It is the same garbage story, "there is only 1 guy who makes yhe keys" who the hell cares? A VERY HORRONLE EXPERIENCE. I cannot get a manager or supervisor to call me or talk to me. They are never there.I just called the tel#, which is 0osted on the website 1-718-474-6973 and it is not good. This office should be shut down immediately

They never deliver my package if it’s little big, none they live any recipe in my mailbox,so I can pick up fm post office & when I go pick up they give so much hard time without receipts, stuff r so rude.I hve lost so much of my mail like that

Mail woman is rude and unprofessional. They never deliver your packages. They come and put a paper in the mailbox saying they tried to deliver your package. The mail person only put mail in the mailbox and sometimes they put your package on the floor in the lobby. They don’t deliver it to the door if it can’t fix in the mailbox. This postal office is unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone and when go to pick up your package they say it’s out for delivery.

I see my mail every day, I have ring camera and no delivery mail for 4 days now. I don’t understand how the federal government can not get their employees to do their jobs.

If it were possible to rate 0 stars then this place would get it. They have lost multiple packages of mine, claimed they have been delivered, and then made me spend hours trying to contact them. They told me they would call me with updates on one of the deliveries and never did. Since they don't answer their phone I had to repeatedly drive down there.While at the post office, the manager had me wait 45 minutes. There was several other people at the branch also complaining about not receiving their packages. Everyone I spoke to said that this USPS branch is notorious for "losing" packages. Even the employees acknowledged that A LOT of the packages never reach the recipient. When I finally spoke to the manager, he was unable to help in any meaningful way.Overall, horrendous experience and a lot of lost money and time because of this place. I typically use USPS, but if you live in the area around here, you would be in much better hands using UPS or Fedex. If you have to use USPS for deliveries, I would recommend going to another branch.

This post office is so irresponsible. The carriers are always misdelevering packages ON PURPOSE. They mark packages as couldn't be delivered without even trying to deliver. Then when you go to the post office to pickup they never could find packages. I strongly believe this local office should be investigated because it's either the carriers are stealing or they are throwing packages in the garbage.
