“A few days after purchasing an item through their website, I received a telephone call from Sports Depot stating that they did not have the item in stock, an older model of Russell youth football pants. They had the same pant in a size small and size large, but I needed a size medium. After requesting a refund to my credit card, the gentleman with whom I was speaking (possibly the manager/owner) asked me if I want the smaller and larger sized pants free of charge. I was surprised to say the least. The gentleman agreed to credit my account and send me two pair of youth football pants. He didn't have to do that. While it was a brief phone call, it was proof to me that their are definitely some customer service-oriented businesses still out there. It was my first experience with Sports Depot, but I fully intend to reach out to the company if I need to make a sporting goods purchase in the future. Thank you Sports Depot.”

Since the request is a little inordinary, I had to call around and Joe was the most pleasant, kind and informational for my needs. Inside is a little rinky but it's a paintball shop so that's to be expected. In and out in 20 minutes, very quick and good conversation. Great value for the service, just a little out there so it's better accessible if you have a car.”

“I can't say enough good things about this surf shop! We came in looking for a boogie board for my daughter, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive option, they took the time to ask questions and made a perfect recommendation that fit our needs and budget. Unfortunately, we left the board out in the heat upside down and it blistered (completely our mistake). When I called the shop for advice, they were so understanding and offered multiple solutions, including a generous discount on a new board, which they didn't have to do at all. We followed their advice and the blisters on the board went away, so we didn't end up needing to buy another one. The board itself is fantastic, and my daughter is having a blast with it. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!”

“Upon entering the store, it wasn't too long before someone asked if I needed assistance and they were courteous. The prices were surprisingly not cheap but affordable. I was expecting to see prices over five hundred dollars and more and while I didn't look at all the brands and generations of sneakers on display the sneakers i glanced at were under three hundred dollars and less than one hundred as clearance or discounted merchandise. Checkout was quick, and cash and card were choices of payment”
